Beach house just 70 m from the beautiful Regestranden, in the southern part of Solastranden. Perfect if you are fond of water sports, e.g. kiting, foiling or surfing. Or just dull on the beach. 100 km with beaches are available south along Jæren. SUP, MB or sauna rent possible. King-size bed in the loft and double sofa-bed in the living room (2+2) Laundry to be agreed with the host in the main house. Short distance to the plane and ferry, pick up can be arranged. Stavanger/Sandnes is only 12-15 min drive away. Lots of sights and famous hiking destinations

My place is close to the city centre, public transportation, parks and outdoor life. The place is good for one person but can house 2 persons. It costs 200kr extra per night if you are two. Bed(90cm+mattress on the floor) It is possible to cook simple food. Hot plate, microwave oven, etc. NB! Kitchenette and bathroom/WC are in the same room. A living room with a 90 cm bed. If 2 guests, extra mattress. The apartment is in the basement. Ceiling height approx. 97 cm. Bed linen and towels are included. Free street parking.

15-20min walk to Sandnes city center. Bus stop, shop, playgrounds, skatebowl, sand volleyball and swimming pool in the immediate vicinity. 1-6 guests. Good hiking areas in Melsheia or summit trip to Vedafjell within 30 minutes. Nice garden with barbeque area and terrace by garden pond. Bowling alley, gym, shopping street and shopping opportunities within 2 km. Electric car chargers (2.4kW and 7.2kW) can be used as agreed. Additional costs included. Only stay of paying guests in the apartment is allowed.

Close to nature 1 bedroom apartment

If you want to experience Rogaland, Foss Eikeland in Sandnes is a good starting point for day trips to, among other things. The pulpit, Kjeragbolten, Jærstrender and the Royal Park, or a walk in nice hiking areas just outside the door. The apartment is new in 2020 and includes living room, kitchen, bedroom with wardrobe and bath. There is both sleeping area and dining table space for four. The apartment has washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator and stove as well as TV and wireless broadband.

The Cowboy Cabin in Sandnes

Our very tiny Cowboy Cabin was built after repeated visits to the motel The Old West Inn, in Willits, CA (USA). The house was first planned as a playhouse, then it became more advanced and has served as a playhouse and guest house. Electricity and wifi are installed, cabin toilet and cabin sink (there is no shower). There is a fire pit, sundeck on the roof with sun from morning to evening, if the sun is shining. The cabin is tiny, but has many smart solutions for good well-being and coziness.

Rural loft space with separate entrance via external spiral staircase and balcony. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Bright and airy living room with large panoramic windows where you can enjoy views from the couch of great nature and sheep grazing just outside. No kitchen, but a kettle, mini-fridge, microwave and cups at your disposal. Quiet area in the middle of Forus, Sola and Sandnes. 5.4km to Stavanger Airport Sola. The nearest bus stop is 1.3 km/ 15 min walk away. Own car is recommended.

Apartment located on the ground floor in a newer residence with a view to the ocean. Best suited for 2 persons. Living room with kitchenette and direct exit to the patio . There is a large bedroom where you can lie in bed and look straight at sea. The apartment is completely secluded with the sea, the free area and the sea bath as the nearest neighbor. Tananger is about 10 km from Sola airport and Stavanger. Very good bus connection.
