Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Stellenbosch Central

We had a great stay at this property. The location is very central and within walking distance of most points of interest in town. The property was well-equipped and accurately described. We would stay here again.

Lovely space after a day spent in the mountains! Two fires to enjoy, and the most comfortable bed and linen! enjoyed our time and would stay again. Walked around the land a bit, picked a couple of lemons off the bountiful trees, and enjoyed a movie by the fire with dinner made on the outdoor braai/bbq. Vicki was very responsive and the property felt very private and well kitted out.

We had a lovely stay at Werner's place as two families with 5 adults and 3 kids. The space was the perfect size. Not too big that we felt disconnected from each other, but also not so small that we felt we were in each other's space. It's also a beautiful location, and just a few minutes walk to a winery. Very well stocked in terms of crockery and glassware. Will definitely book again!

This is absolutely the perfect place to stay in Franschhoek! I enjoyed the beautiful mountain views while still being close to town. There are lovely places to eat nearby, and the hosts were easy to communicate with. The place was very clean and had everything I needed. I would definitely stay here again!

An amazing stay in an amazing house. The location is perfect for those wanting to explore the village and also very handy for local supermarket, wine tram and even a couple of vineyards. The house has everything you needed for a great stay with great plunge pool and sun deck area. Also well looked after by Eden and the other staff. Will definitely look to return.

What a privilege to stay at Julie’s place! The setting is gorgeous, hard to tear yourself away and go do the countless wonderful things available to do in the area. Right next to a small game farm with springbok, zebra,nyala. Located on a vibrant working vineyard, nestled in a refulgent colorful garden with a backdrop of stunning mountains. Everything you could want or need provided- even a cozy wood burning stove for winter evenings. Treat yourselves to the short hike up to the reservoir and swim in that secluded and majestic spot. Great birdlife. Overall excellent!

I had an absolutely wonderful time during my stay! The location was perfect, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding wineries and mountain while being conveniently close to town. It was the ideal setting for exploring the local attractions and enjoying the beautiful scenery. Ihre Hilfsbereitschaft und Freundlichkeit haben uns wirklich berührt. Das Apartment selbst war wunderschön – geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber und mit einem atemberaubenden Ausblick. Es hat uns in dieser schwierigen Zeit ein Stück Ruhe und Geborgenheit gegeben. We had such an amazing time in Stellenbosch! Our accommodation felt safe, and the location couldn’t have been better — just a short walk to all restaurants and the university campus. Elsbeth, who lives nearby, took the time to answer all our questions. The check-in and check-out processes were really smooth, and we loved having great parking available. One of the highlights was definitely taking a refreshing dip in the pool, which was shared with the other residents around the courtyard. We enjoyed being able to open the balcony doors, letting in a breeze while enjoying breakfast with a stunning mountain view on those hot summer mornings.

Meeting Kim and Petri was awesome. They are friendly and accommodating. The place is beautiful and the host thoughtful. We enjoyed our stay even though it was a very short one.

I definitely enjoyed my stay. The room was lovely and quiet, and not too far away from the town centre. Would defenitly recommend to others.

We truly loved our stay. A wonderful location with easy access to all Stellenbosch has to offer. Everything was in order when we arrived and the communications from Rudy was perfect and very responsive, including the very detailed instructions with pictures making it so easy to do a self check-in and out. Good attention to details, like easy USB charging by each bedside, (which when travelling is key), plenty of towels, etc. Beautiful view from the balcony--enjoyed morning coffee and afternoon wine each day. The only detractor, which is not really any fault of the airbnb--there was one spotlight from the parking lot below which shined directly into the bedroom all night (hung a blanket up over the window which helped). Might suggest a call to the municipality to see if it can be redirected downward. Highly recommend booking this apartment--very spaious and great value!

We decided on an unscheduled trip to visit the kids in Stellenbosch. Looked for a place to just sleep as our itenirary was jam packed. I booked, and minutes later received confirmation and instructions. Well communicated, everything was as it is described. Book here if you need a good value 1-2 day stopover. You will not be disappointed.

Wieneke's place is a fantastic space. The views are hard to beat, absolutely stunning and lovely to hear the ocean. Loved having my morning coffee in the sun on the balcony. Wieneke is a great host, super responsive and helpful. Will definitely book her place again! 100% recommend 👍🏻

The most amazing, cosy but spacious airbnb. I really enjoyed my time here. The space is beautifully decorated and has all the comforts of a fully functional home. And with the Ocean to great you right as you step out the door- what more could one ask for.

What a great spot with easy access to the beach or pools. In winter, you have the ever changing sea views but due to the recessed position less noise. It was a relaxing sanctuary after our work days and Liz was an attentive hostess, arranging an easier parking for our large car … For those who struggle with mobility there are steps to the well appointed unit.

Great location next to the CTICC , two minute to the show halls. The apartment is warm and comfortable. Great stay , will book again next year.

Fantastic apartment right in the very heart of Franschhoek - perfectly located for events happening in town. The apartment has everything one would need for a great stay. Mark is a very welcoming and accomodating host. One thing to note - It is directly above two restaurants which can make things a bit noisy - if you want total peace and quiet this might not work for you as the vibes continues into the night but if you enjoy such vibes this is an amazing spot. We will definitely be back!
