Romantic apartment in a quiet location

Die Wohnung wurde 2023 neu renoviert/saniert. Früher war das Denkmalgeschütze Gebäude ein Pferdestall. Dadurch hat das Gebäude einen ganz besonderen Charme. Unser alter Bauernhof ist sehr ruhig. Man hat die Möglichkeit direkt am See spazieren zu gehen oder im Wald ein bisschen frische Luft zu schnappen. Ein Spielplatz für die Kinder ist auch da. Unsere Lage ist ideal gelegen. Wir sind genau in der Mitte von Hamburg und Lüneburg (jeweils 20km entfernt). Bahnhof vorhanden Wir freuen uns auf Euch

The municipality of Stelle is located southeast of Hamburg with shopping facilities. In 30 minutes you can reach Hamburg and Lüneburg. The house on the Schafwedel is quietly located, about 3 km from the town center. It was renovated in 2024 and has a spacious living room, a new kitchen with a fridge-freezer combination as well as 4 bedrooms with 1.20 m wide beds and 1 bedroom with a 1.60 m wide bed. A large south-facing terrace with a barbecue and a garden invite you to relax.

In addition to walking distance to enjoy nature (hiking trails, nature reserve, beach with swimming), you are by car in about 25 minutes to downtown Hamburg. A bus stop is just a 2-minute walk away. A large supermarket with a bakery and an Italian restaurant are about 1 km away.

For bikers and cyclists, we have a small workshop for maintenance. Vehicles can also be adjusted here. Drying clothes is possible in the boiler room. Skippers can park their trailers on the property. 2 trekking bikes are available for rent.

Welcome to our cozy 3-room apartment in the countryside! Our apartment is located in a picturesque, wooded country house area. Here and there is the opportunity to spot deer on the property – a rare but beautiful sight. The region offers many leisure activities, from hiking in the Lüneburg Heath to exciting excursions to Hamburg, which is just 30 minutes away. We look forward to welcoming you!
