Monthly Rentals in Stella Maris beach

I stayed with my family in Marta's apartment for the second time and, again, I had a very nice and quiet stay. The apartment was impeccably clean, all the furniture very functional, checkin super easy, the place is very convenient with very close markets, the beach is just around the corner, the swimming pool at the rooftop is excellent. A very convenient detail is the checkout at 6pm. It makes it very easy for those who have a flight at night or who just want to enjoy the last hours at the beach or the swimming pool. Best airbnb I've stayed in Salvador.

Everything was wonderful. The apartment is beautiful, all new and very well taken care of. The building has a beautiful view of the beach, and is easy to access. Eliane was very attentive all the time, and very easy to communicate. It's a perfect place for those looking to rest. I loved everything!

More beautiful than in the pictures! The apartment is super cozy, with a very comfortable suite and room. The kitchen is stylish and fully equipped, including washing machine, microwave, oven, coffee maker, sandwich maker, duplex refrigerator, crockery and cutlery, as well as appliances with ‘black’ finishes. The living and dining room follow a minimalist décor and have a very comfortable sofa. The building is modern, with concierge and 24-hour security, and the common environments are impeccably clean. The view is incredible, especially at dawn, both from the balcony (which serves the dining room and the bedroom) and the penthouse, where the pool, gym and party room are located. The furniture and gadgets of the academy are new and well maintained, and both the gym and the party room are air-conditioned. On the same pavement, there is also an ideal room for home office workers. And to top it off, the host is a fine, thoughtful and kind guy. We love it!
