This house has the great advantage of being in the center and at the same time inserted in nature. The practicality of being in the center with the tranquility and silence of nature is what defines this house. You walk 5 minutes on level ground (without any hills) and arrive at the main restaurants, markets, agencies and pharmacies. The neighborhood is very quiet and as the house faces a forest, we have a lot of birds here. Walk to "Ribeirão do Meio," one of Lençóis' main attractions.

With Fiber Optic Internet and a desk, it is also a great option for those who work remotely/home office. In addition, we have (extra) traditional breakfast prepared with ingredients from our backyard (organic products).
