In addition to the gastronomic experience of our Sagaz restaurant, we offer practicality to our guests with the option of a breakfast basket (service contracted in advance) and a line of frozen products ready for consumption, produced by chef Gabriel Lobo.

Boasting a queen-size bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and glorious views towards the mountain, the chalé is a favourite for couples but also has the option for additional beds for families and friends. Central house with silence, nature and large backyard

This house has the great advantage of being in the center and at the same time inserted in nature. The practicality of being in the center with the tranquility and silence of nature is what defines this house. You walk 5 minutes on level ground (without any hills) and arrive at the main restaurants, markets, agencies and pharmacies. The neighborhood is very quiet and as the house faces a forest, we have a lot of birds here. Walk to "Ribeirão do Meio," one of Lençóis' main attractions.

Chalé Murici in Vale do Capão - Exuberant view!

A cozy corner, surrounded by nature and with an exuberant view of the Vale mountains. In a rustic style, with wood and exposed brick, Chalé Murici of Hospedagem Teiú-Açu is a family project of a native black family and was built by us with materials from the region. With Fiber Optic Internet and a desk, it is also a great option for those who work remotely/home office. In addition, we have (extra) traditional breakfast prepared with ingredients from our backyard (organic products).

Wooden House, Vale do Capão (House 1)

Come and enjoy nature, mountains, rivers and waterfalls and stay with comfort and convenience, in a very cozy house. The little house hosts 1 couple. It is 650 meters, 10 minutes walk, from the village of Caeté-Açu (better known as Vale do Capão) and is located on the main street that connects Vila to Bomba. The house is situated on a plot of 8,000 m2, overlooking the mountains and with a small river in the background. It has plenty of green around, with garden, plants and trees.

The studio, in addition to being in a privileged location, is super well equipped to ensure a perfect stay, whether for a short or long trip. The surroundings are filled with plants that attract birds and butterflies, bringing even more charm to the environment. And if your desire is to relax and disconnect, just walk a few steps to the river that runs behind the property. There, you can meditate to the sound of water and trees, amid an atmosphere of pure tranquility.

After a few days of rain, you can see and hear the sweeping Cachoeira do Batista, in the mountains surrounding the chalet.
