A lake surrounded by mountains - Welcome to paradise

Renovated and refurnished in 2020 this charming guest suite invites you for a relaxing stay. The house resides on the foothill of the Rigi and is only a few steps from the lake of Lauerz. You share a private parking (incl) with the host. After a few steps up the hill, passing a lot of cackling ducks (yes you can feed them), you will find your entrance on the second floor after a few steps up the stair. For winter guests, three skiing regions close by will offer you a good time in the mountains.

This is a lovely 110m2 apartment on the top floor (two floors up) of our new house, with gorgeous views from every window, and spotless cleaning. The large living-dining-kitchen area is light and airy. There are two spacious bedrooms and a loft, and two full bathrooms. Everything is top quality and the kitchen is fully equipped. A 5 minute walk away is the Alpnachstad train station and Mount Pilatus railway! We're just a few minutes from Lucerne and 40 minutes to Mount Titlis and Rigi.

For privacy, it has thick curtains everywhere.
