Our modern apartment has a terrace with a spectacular view over lake Wörthersee and the Karawanken Mountains, close to the Velden train station & A2 Süd Autobahn. The building is situated next to the forest, where you can make wonderful hikes. There are three lakes in the nearest surroundings where you can do all kinds of watersports. Velden am Wörhtersee has a lot to offer: shops, restaurants, terraces and a casino. Italy and Slovenia reachable in 30 minutes by car. You will never get bored.

The Chalet is situated in Carinthia in 1875 meters at the beautiful Falkertsee. The house has four exceptional bedrooms with 12 beds. The location is perfect for hiking or skiing in winter. We have a small fitness library and 4 TV`s for rainy days. The brandnew Outdoor Sauna with panorama view and the 50sq. gym with own shower and toilet. Costs on site: electricity according to consumption, additional firewood, visitor's tax, additional garbage bags that are needed

Surrounded by a large fenced garden and including swim spa, jacuzzi, sauna, table tennis and 4 bicycles, it is ideal for leisure and/or very active holidays (walking, hiking, cycling etc.). It is ideal during the time of coronavirus pandemics since it enables a lot of fun even when contacts with other people should be avoided.

Vacation home in a secluded location and with a great view

The vacation home with garden is in an idyllic location at 845 m above sea level in the municipality of Liebenfels, about 20 km from Klagenfur. From the terrace, you have a beautiful panoramic view of the Karawanken and the entire Glantal. The location is perfect for nature hikes and swimming in surrounding lakes. Some ski resorts are 40-60 minutes by car. The house is about 60 m² and also has a sauna.

In our newly built, modern and ecological penthouse built in 2022, you will surely feel comfortable. The Slow Trails are family hiking trails through which you can experience the types of the Carinthian lakes. There are also countless further excursion destinations for young and old, summer and winter sports enthusiasts…….. The Sportberg Gerlitzen Alpe is only a 14-minute drive from the property.

Great view of the lake and the mountains. Calm neighbourhood. The woods behind the house are ideal for hiking. Great for summer if you want to go to the lake and for winter if you like skiing. You are able to reach the closest ski lift in 10 minutes by car. On site parking for up to 2 cars. Space for up to 5 people. There are 2 bedrooms and one pull out couch.
