Unser ungewöhnliches Apartment im schönen Berliner Bezirk Steglitz liegt in einer ruhigen, baumbestandenen Nebenstraße (Sackgasse). Das Haus wurde komplett modernisiert und saniert, wobei der Studiocharakter des ehemaligen Architekturbüros erhalten blieb. Our unique apartment is located in the beautiful district Steglitz in a quiet, tree-lined side street (dead end). The houses has been completely modernized and refurbished, preserving the studio character of the former architectural office.

Situated on the fifth floor, this airy and light-flooded one-room apartment offers everything you might need for your stay like a freshly renovated kitchen and bathroom and an excellent public transport connection. The apartment has one double bed and two single beds. On request, there's a foldable baby bed available. Please be aware, that there is no elevator in the building. There is free parking available closeby. This place serves as a safe space for every person. 🏳️‍🌈 🏳️‍⚧️

Hello! My name is Ronald and I am a “true Berliner”, born and raised in this city. In my flat in Berlin (Steglitz) up to 3 people can stay. There is a small kitchen and a bathroom with a bathtub. Balcony with a view over Berlin. It is close to “Rathaus Steglitz” (a big crossing with subway and train station). Steglitz is not really a „hip“ area but it has wonderful parks and hidden gems. The building is 100 years old. From Rathaus Steglitz you can reach any part of Berlin pretty quickly.

Large living/sleeping room with double bed (1,60x2m) and sofa. Quiet and green yet centrally located area with plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby. 5 minutes to Rathaus Steglitz U-Bahn and S-Bahn station, 10 minutes to Schloßstraße shopping street.

Center near "oasis of calm" in historic villa

Our villa was built in 1882 by the architect Max Nagel in the country house style. Several artists have lived and worked successfully here in an atmosphere of peace and creativity. Every visitor can recover here from the hustle and bustle of Berlin and sightseeing. The very special atmosphere of our Friedenau neighborhood still attracts many curious people. We rent the first floor.

This modern flat is located in the new Carlotta apartment building in the centre of Charlottenburg. Designed by the Berlin architects Grüntuch-Ernst, the apartment building was newly opened in 2023 and offers 8 flats of different sizes ranging from 32 to 246 square metres. All flats are flooded with light thanks to the high ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows.
