Apartment holiday rentals in Steglitz-Zehlendorf

We were very pleased with the stay at Antje's home during our 2 week workation in Berlin. Antje was a wonderful host. The place was clean, spacious and very comfortable for two people for remote working (separate work rooms). Very calm, safe and peaceful neighbourhood (slept without any disturbances). The district is extremely beautiful, green, so we felt harmony and peace there. Lots of nearby restaurants, grocery shops, which can be reached on foot/bicycle/car. The city centre can be reached by car or by train (the station is 5min away from apartment; takes approx. 45min to get to city centre). Overall - felt like home. Recommend.

Een prettig en ruimte appartement voor een relatief goede prijs in Berlijn. Het is schoon en gezellig ingericht.

Wir waren als Familie da. Unsere Kinder liebten die Räumlichkeiten und die schöne Farbgestaltung der Wände und Küche: grün, Gold, braun. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten dadurch eine wunderbare Zeit!

Wir waren über das Wochenende dort. Bernd war super freundlich, der Check-in und Check-out verlief problemlos. Die Unterkunft ist gut gelegen und man kommt schnell mit den Öffis in die Innenstadt. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Absolute Empfehlung. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Die Kommunikation mit Katrin vor/bei der Anreise war immer schnell und problemlos. Wir wurden von ihr persönlich sehr nett und freundlich in Empfang genommen. Sie hat uns auch in den folgenden Tagen viele schöne Ausflugstipps gegeben. Die Lage ist superruhig mit altem Baumbestand drumherum. Die Wohnung ist sehr groß (die Fotos geben die Realität wieder :-) Sie ist in sehr gutem Zustand und geschmackvoll mit Deko-Utensilien und Bildern ausgestattet, sodass wir uns gleich wie zu Hause gefühlt haben. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt, die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, die Betten bezogen, Handtücher im Bad lagen bereit und selbst Gartenmöbel und ein Grill waren vorhanden. Es gibt ein verschließbares Gartenhaus für die Fahrräder und einen Parkplatz am Haus. Für uns das perfekte Domizil für 11 Tage Fahrradurlaub in/um Berlin. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können diese Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen. Perfekt, daher 5*****

Wir hatten zauberhafte 4 Tage in der wunderschönen Wohnung. Ein Ort zum Entspannen, Einatmen und absoluter Ruhe. Die Umgebung ist wunderbar ruhig. Wir kommen wieder.

Wir waren schon zum zweiten Mal bei Sybil. Wir fühlten uns sofort wie zuhause. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll und mit sehr viel Geschmack eingerichtet. Besonders schön für uns war wieder die große Terasse von der wir einen tollen Blick in den parkähnlichen Garten hatten. Den Schlachtensee konnten wir direkt durch die Gartentür erreichen. Dieser See ist ein echtes Kleinod, sowohl zum schwimmen als auch zum spazieren gehen. Der Weg rund um den See ist auch perfekt für eine Joggingrunde geeignet. Sybil ist die perfekte Gastgeberin!!! Für unsere Tagesausflüge in die Berliner Innenstadt und auch nach Potsdam haben wir die fußläufig erreichbaren S-Bahn Linien genutzt. Das machte unsere Touren sehr entspannt. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Everything was great and Samira was very helpful. The apartment has very high ceiling, this gives more space to breathe and live in and I like spacious apartments.

Omg, that was such an amazing stay!!! I found so many new amazing books in the library. I will def come back!!! Best place in Berlin!!!!

Super logement, agréable, calme, bien décoré et très bien situé. Idéal pour visiter Berlin, faire la fête, se balader. Un très léger bémol sur le manque de souplesse pour les horaires de départ, mais rien de bien embêtant.

Uitstekend appartement van een mede-Tarantino fan 😁. Ruime plek met een grote woonkamer met prima zit/ligbank, een voldoende grote slaapkamer met goed bed en tot slot een goed uitgeruste badkamer (bad en douche) en keuken. 4e etage maar de lift werkte altijd. Zorg wel dat je bij Rosenplatz metrostation uitkomt anders loop je vrij ver. De straat was behoorlijk druk, maar de grote ramen isoleren erg goed als ze dicht zijn. Meerdere restaurants in de buurt waar je prima kunt eten: On the Bone (duurder), La Galleria en zelfs Frittenwerk was ook prima om mee af te sluiten 😁. Maddalena is een prima host! Reistijd naar de meeste te bekijken plekken 20-30 minuten, zowel naar de te bezichtigen plekken (richting westen), Baja fietstour (Gleisdreieck), Kreuzberg (richting zuid) als Prenzlauerberg (richting oost-noord-oost). Maar we zaten goed in het midden (wijk Mitte, je verwacht het niet...). Een fiets of step regelen is wellicht nog wel beter, er zijn er genoeg te vinden in de stad.

Sam is a great host, was always answering immediately and helped with all sorts of enquires fast, friendly and politely. The flat is at a very quiet area, no any noise in the night, and has everything you need. Wonderful large mirror from the floor to silence, and lovely wooden floors. Particularly great is a shower room, spacious and clean, with powerful shower. Location is ok, it is about 15 minutes to the center by Uber, which is about 16-17 EURO, and about 45-50 minutes by Uber to the airport, which is only 50 EURo if you book Uber, or 60 EURO by taxi. Alles war tiptop sauber. Die Lage ist traumhaft. Sehr schöne, große Wohnung

We enjoyed our stay at Toni's place. There are some good restaurants and supermarkets nearby and the transport links are superb.

We stayed at Berlin cities 2 bedroom, one bath apt for 3 weeks. Most of the time we were either 3 or 4 people. The apartment has a very long hallway which connects all of the rooms. Off of this hallway there is first the TV entertainment room, which has only a skylight, but could be a good place to hang out. There are two cozy bedrooms off of this hallway and in between them there is an ample dining room, sitting room with two balconies on its east side. Even though the weather was not particularly warm, we spent a lot of time on the balconies in the AM because of the sun and view. The apartment is on the fifth/top floor of the bldg. Even though there was only 1 bath, it was split up into three sections so that 3 people could use it at the same time. That is, there is a separate toilet with door, adjacent to that are 2 sinks and across the hallway is a private shower room. We had a couple issues during our stay, but Berlin city was super responsive and flexible. We loved our stay!

Wir hatten eine supertolle Zeit in der tollen Unterkunft von Simone. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und konnten super abschalten. Die Küchenausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen und wenn man nicht vom Pool tagsüber genug hat, kann man nachts vom whirlpool aus den Sternenhimmel bewundern. Das einzige was zu beachten ist. Wir sind mit den Öffies gekommen und mussten am Abreisetag zum Bahnhof laufen (50min), da sonntags weder Bus noch Taxi/Bolt oder Uber verfügbar sind. Das vielleicht als kleine Info...hat aber natürlich nichts mit der wunderbaren Unterkunft an sich zu tun! Wir kommen sehr sehr gerne wieder!

Alexander’s apartment was beautiful, clean, and perfectly located near great spots. It had everything we needed and felt very comfortable throughout our stay. Alexander was an excellent host, he was kind, responsive, and incredibly helpful. He gave great local tips and was very understanding when our travel plans changed. His hospitality made a big difference. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely love to come back :) Highly recommended!

My daughter stayed with Dorothea during her internship for a few months. Dorothea was so helpful and kind to my daughter and her dog. I really appreciated this. Nothing seems to be to much.

What a beautiful, spacious and comfortable apartment we had over the Christmas Holidays -perfect for exploring Berlin.! The apt is situated close to lovely local restaurants and cafes. Nico and Anne were very generous in sharing lots of recommendations about local eateries, events, and places to see. The apartment is close to lots of transport links - we were just a few stops away from many of the main sites. Our hosts provided us with a video of how to access the apartment which is on the ground floor of a lovely building as well as information about the apartment overall that allowed us to quickly settle in ! We would sit in the lovely window area and enjoy a coffee in the morning and the on -wall screen was fabulous for watching a movie in the evening! The beds were extremely comfortable and the heating - as we there in winter - made the apt very cosy! This is an apartment full of character and style with very kind hosts ! Thanks Nico/Anne

Lovely apartment! And Teltow is a beautiful town. The apartment is very close to a bus stop and the S Bahn so you can go easy to Berlin. The place is very quiet and chill it helped us since we were working there. Also our host was very friendly and helpful all the time! Definitely 10/10

Lora’s place was perfect for our weekend getaway! The apartment is beautifully decorated-straight out of a Pinterest board! It had all the necessary amenities and a lovely balcony with a sunset view. Lora even made us some homemade granola, which was delicious! The location is very good - there are underground stations close-by so it was very quick and easy to get to more central locations for sightseeing etc. (10-15mins max). I would definitely recommend this place and stay here again!:)

Very kid friendly….the loft beds aren’t for adults…beautiful bathroom!!! This flat is in the middle of it all, great restaurants, shopping, parks & activities within walking distance. It was very comfortable.

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön und sauber – man hat sich vom ersten Moment an wohlgefühlt. Die Lage ist perfekt. Direkt gegenüber gibt es Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und die Bushaltestelle befindet sich direkt vor der Tür – ideal für Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Die Kommunikation mit Jörg war unkompliziert und sehr angenehm. Bei Rückfragen war er sofort erreichbar und hat immer schnell geholfen. Ein besonderes Highlight war der Whirlpool am Abend – perfekt zum Entspannen nach einem erlebnisreichen Tag. Wir können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen!
