Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Steffisburg

We had a wonderful weekend with the family. Odile is very welcoming, good advice and really friendly. The little attention when we arrived to bring a table and chairs suitable for our daughter and chocolates when we left was really lovely. We loved the view, the calm, the layout of the house, ideal for 3. The house deserves a refresh both outside and inside, but that doesn't stop you from having a good time and enjoying the setting. We'll be happy to go back!

Great place with a fantastic view of the lake! I found everything to be as described with the sauna being an obvious highlight. Due to the house being located at a cul-de-sac, it feels very private (except for the odd rando intrigued by the view or the owner's sister collecting some furniture on Easter weekend). The autobahn is nearby, but its sound doesn't overwhelm that of the cow bells, so no big deal.

Unfortunately, we had to cancel our trip at short notice due to a storm. Maja was very understanding, helpful and informed us well. The contact was always friendly and straightforward. We really hope it works out next time!

We stayed at Rachel’s for a week, location was perfect. Peaceful and very picturesque. We didn’t want to stay in the centre of town. This was a perfect location to visit places such as Grindlewald, Interlaken… we visited loads more.. the house is very clean. Beautiful home and was very nice to come back to after some long hikes.

We had a wonderful stay at Yan’s home. The home was spotless, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed. Yan was incredibly responsive and accommodating, even during the holiday period. It made our trip that much more relaxing and enjoyable. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

we felt very comfortable in this rustic old house. Since it was fresh, we especially enjoyed the beautiful large and living room with book walls and cozy sofas. It was also great that you can make a fire on the lower floor in the oven. Have fried Maroni by the fire. We also really like the wild nature of the valley. So we could see a deer from the bedroom and say many fire salamanders. Everything to our taste 😊

Very nice place, family friendly. Great views, nice surroundings and neighbors. Train station eases movement a lot. We visited Chamonix, Martigny and Les Marecottes of course. Walking distance to the Salvan zoo.

Wonderful wonderful wonderful - really a magical out of this world place!!! The views were from a fantasy book. The chalet was perfect, we enjoyed tremendously!!!!!

One of the best Airbnb homes in a long time – there were two of us there for a week. Spacious space, very chic and stylishly furnished, and of course the hot tub on the very large roof terrace is a highlight - or just spend the evening in front of the cozy fireplace. Everything is available in the immediate vicinity on foot (shops, restaurants, etc.) Overall highly recommended!

We really enjoyed our vacation in the stylishly renovated farmhouse! The views and the surroundings with the rig chicken in front of the door are absolutely fantastic. For our larger family/holiday group, the cozy and nicely furnished holiday home was ideal. The terrace with evening sun and hotpot was particularly beautiful. In the morning / noon we had sun on the other seat on the other side of the house. Host Yvonne was very helpful, accommodating, and quick to respond to questions and concerns.

We were looking for something quiet and also found it in this nice apartment. It is homely and you can enjoy a great view towards Engstligenalp and Lohner. The walking distance to the village is absolutely doable. We felt right at home. In summer, the terrace with the pool is certainly a hit.

Living the live and Ncolas’ place! We spent 5 days in this beautiful house that leaves NO wishes open. On top of that, Nicolas is very friendly and always responsive and helpful. We will come back next year!

It was a lovely family Christmas! The apartment was very spacious and very clean. The panorama from the living room to the lake and the mountains is amazing. The owner is very responsive, always responding quickly to messages. And an important moment for us - our youngest daughter forgot her phone in the apartment, and we discovered the loss only a few days later. The owner resolved this issue very quickly, the phone was even charged so that we could see its location. We are definitely ready to return here, with pleasure!

Just returned from a brilliant family stay in Claire’s lovely chalet. Claire was a great host, excellent communication. The location was perfect; could easily walk to bakery every morning, and into the village in the evening. In the chalet everything was as described. The chalet was clean, warm and comfortable. We enjoying dinning outside in the south facing sunshine after a days skiing. Thank you again, we would definitely like to return.

It is a very nice airbnb, we were 5 people, and the accommodation is well prepared, it is spacious, beautiful and modern, the communication with the host very well, very simple and very comfortable, I recommend this place for 6 people since the beds are comfortable! I would definitely go back to this place!

8 of us had a great week’s stay at Justine’s house in Morzine in early April 2025 The house is opposite Hotel Igloo. It is small, but fine for 8. Justine arranged for sunshine every day. J x

A very cosy place in a cosy village just outside Zurich - ideal to explore both the city and the marvels of the mountains. Railway station is just around the corner, as is the lake with a marvelous view. The house has absolutely everything a family might need. The garden is so nice to sit out and enjoy the view to the lake.

Sylvie was Amazing host, her house is beautiful and clean. She is very kind person and our communication was fluency. Thanks and I recommend her house 100%

We really enjoyed our stay in this fantastic apartment. It’s a great space for one or two guests and although small, it doesn’t feel like it. The sunny balcony with the beautiful view was a lovely spot to relax after a busy ski day.

great stay for our group of friends. Martina's Chalet is very spacious, comfortable and welcoming. The beds are good and the kitchen is very well equipped. Martina prepared everything for our arrival and was on site for explanations. she was very accommodating and friendly for our requests and activities.
