Franco is great and friendly. 100% helpful. Good beds. The accommodation is close to the beach. Although we were here out of season, we experienced a lot and enjoyed the town and its surroundings.

Great stay in Parghelia in August. Two-room apartment in the very nice villa. View from the window of the beautiful room...directly on the sea and on Tropea. Even more evocative to enjoy the wonderful sunsets directly on the deck chairs located in the villa's park. Everything is clean and in order of our arrival with the host who is always present and available. Pro active and responsive Mrs. Ivana did not miss anything. A plus for your friendliness. Well-equipped and functional apartment. Wonderful natural ventilation of the same. Air conditioning not used. Great for beach vacation with family. Location close to Michelino and Vardano beaches,…about 10 minutes walk. Parghelia's country even closer. Trope 5 minutes by car. Strategic location really. Congratulations. Great stay.

Very beautiful place, I would definitely go back, my wife and kids loved it. Everyone is super friendly. Tip: Stair master to prepare for the hike down the 200 plus steps to get to the beautiful beach and back up when you’re done (which we did and made a huge difference).

The apartment is perfect, with an outdoor pool. Great for family vacations and not.

The Villa is amazing, everything we expected and more. As a lot of the other reviews have said we had plans to explore the local area but we spent a lot of our time in the pool and in the garden as it was perfect. The view every morning was breath taking, I’d throughly recommend staying at this place. We visited during a heatwave, so the pool was a welcome relief, Anna was also able to provide fans which were really useful. Air con in the bedrooms during the heat wave would have been great, but to be honest for the rest of the time, an open window and a fan was fine. The local area was great for day trips, especially San lúcido which was beautiful and had lots of nice restaurants and bars. We’ve all had a fantastic time and are sad to be leaving. Thanks for the great holiday!

The house is very welcoming and for those who like tranquility it is ideal, it was possible to take an excursion on the Sila, which I recommend. I thank Arcangelo and his family very much for the beautiful welcome. I will definitely be back.

We had a fantastic stay in this beautiful Tropea apartment. The balcony view was like a dream — watching the sunset each evening with our kids was unforgettable. Its location was perfect, just off Corso Vittorio Emanuele with plenty of dining options, and steps away from the beach and port. The apartment is spacious, tastefully decorated, and the hosts were incredibly welcoming. Highly recommended!

Luigi met us at check in. He did not speak English, but it worked. We had absolute privacy and the view from the balcony was breathtaking. We were greeted by birds every morning and a view to the sea. Unfortunately for us, many restaurants were closed for the season. However we were able to get into two with reservation. The apartment is located well next to the main piazza and parking in front of the building was easy. We stayed four nights with no regrets.

Thanks Maria and Antonio for the hospitality, the precious advice, the perfect, spacious and clean villa, your friendliness and transparency, the bottle of wine and the sweets you left us: we felt at home! Thanks also for helping us when, as soon as we arrived, the car battery left us! Beautiful beaches a few km away, lots of peace and the town of Botricello is well supplied with everything. We hope to be back soon!

Daniela is an exceptional person: always attentive to needs and wants to make the stay as comfortable as possible! We felt right at home, in a new home, with all the comforts and attention to detail. The surroundings are beautiful, with a designed countryside and a special view! We will definitely be back!!

Bivongi is probably a place I would not have visited if I had not found this apartment, it was worth it.

It is in a beautiful area, very well located, just 10 minutes from the train station. It's the historic center, there's movement all the time. And 3 minutes away you have the stairs to go to the beach. The apartment is spacious, divided into two floors. On the first floor, there is the entrance hall and a bedroom. Upstairs, there is the bathroom, kitchen, dining room, and a sofa that becomes a bed. One consideration, the air conditioning is only on the top floor, so in our case, since it was so hot, we decided to sleep on the sofa and we were perfect this way. Definitely recommended!

Annelis house is close to the beach and offers a marvelous view over the sea. Anneli is great and generous, she allowed as a really late checkout. Communication with her was absolutely easy and she always answered very fast. Since she wasn't around we were taken care of by Loraine who is lovely and who gave us a lot of useful informations. The house itself is enough big for a family with 4kids, the beds a comfortable and the kitchen offers everything you need. Off-season you have to drive a little bit to the next supermarket since there are not many people in the area, but on the other hand we were almost alone at the beach and that was worth it. We loved to be there and are hoping to come again soon.

The property is an agriturismo on a high quality olive farm. We really enjoyed the tour that Anita gave us and we learned a lot about the production of good olive oil. The house is a simple, nicely done property with a lovely pool. The nearby Ionia coast is lovely. We were doing a long cycle trip - it’s preferable to have a car for this location as you’ll need to shop and there’s nothing nearby.

Great well maintained structure, great location to quickly reach the necessary amenities and beaches. Only note that the mattresses were not comfortable. Overall we had a great time and the pool is an added value when you don't want to move around by car.

Beautiful, well-kept and authentic place. Charming garden and pool with beautiful and clean views. Really 7 minutes from the beach by car. The owners were very welcoming and flexible , they also made us find groceries at home and gave us the vegetables from their garden and the fresh eggs from the chicken coop! We absolutely recommend the place! Note: it is important to keep in mind that the other apartment that accommodates 5 people in the same property is just 5 meters from our rooms and the tables for eating in the garden a few meters from each other: so great for two families of friends who want to join for the holidays

We really enjoyed the time at the place. Purposefully furnished, everything you need. Close to the sea, really great and very clean water at the end of May before the season. A restaurant within walking distance, the pizza there is great, but also the fish dishes. From 01.06, there is also a bar on the beach and on weekends the Jugaad Lounge is very cozy. The fact that we were right at the entrance gate of the house did not bother us. There are loungers and a beach umbrella. If you take the umbrella stand to the beach, nothing will fly away. There are great gelaterias and restaurants in Davoli max 10 min by car. We had a perfect 7 days and only missed the pool a little, which should have been filled on 1 June. The people there and the fantastic landscape made up for it. ;-)

We were guests of Mr. Francesco alla Formaggera for a week. La Formaggera is located in a unique place for the landscape that surrounds it and a little enchanted by the saturated atmosphere of history that you can breathe in it. The house is simple, but delightfully furnished; the kitchen is well organized and equipped with everything you need and you can have lunch and dinner outside, cool. Far from the chaos, you can rest in the shade of the pines, surrounded by prickly pears and Calabra nature. The beautiful pool and its covered patio, much appreciated on warm days, are certainly a strong point. The sea is close and in the nearest town there are supermarkets and many other shops including the excellent Lagani dairy and the nearby pastry shop. The village of Badolato, a few kilometers away, is worth visiting.

Antonello and his companion were very friendly hosts. We could always ask them for help and tipps. The pool and the view is wonderful!

We spent 1 week (too short) peace and relaxation.. Carol and her family, kind and helpful, immediately made us feel like a family atmosphere and also the other guests welcomed us in an extraordinary way..The children can have a play area provided, on every corner a relaxation area with deckchairs and hammock..the breathtaking view is the setting with a beautiful sea and the small beach..very nice pool immersed in the vegetation..unforgettable sunrise seen from the viewpoint .. ultimately an experience to be repeated and recommended to all nature lovers!
