Holiday rentals with beach access in Steccato di Cutro

The accommodation exceeded our expectations! The apartment and especially the balcony with the view is an absolute dream. The beach is right in front of the house. Shopping and restaurants can be reached in a few minutes by car. The owner was very kind and accommodating. We would come back anytime and highly recommend this property.

My wife and I vacationed in Italy for 6 weeks. For our last 2 weeks we stayed in Tropea. We were not disappointed! Giulio's apartment was spacious and very clean. The bed is comfortable. The place is right in the town with lots of restaurants and shops. The beach is less than a 10 minute walk. The beach is amazing. The water is crystal clear. We swam everyday. The apartment is a 10 minute walk from the train station, so if you're not traveling by car it is very convenient to do day trips to other towns like Pizzo or Scilla (which we did!) When we arrived in Tropea we were met at the apartment by a young man who got us into the apartment and showed us how everything works and answered all our questions. Giulio is a wonderful host! He was always immediately responsive and gave many recommendations. Tropea is a lovely coastal town! We walked everywhere as we explored the town and the locals are very friendly. We would love to return and rent Giulio's place again!!

We had a great stay at House Nina. The apartment is spacious and clean. The outdoor area is particularly beautiful. The kitchen is well equipped. The village is quiet and has a nice beach. The WiFi works more times less well. There are two different wifi and we were able to switch to the other when one of the two was weak. Overall, we got along well with it. Upon our arrival, we were greeted with a wine from our own production, which we were very happy about. We also ordered the homemade beer and a limoncello. Prices were very fair and it was brought to us directly to the door within 5 minutes. Overall, we can only recommend the apartment!

Couldn’t ask for better hosts , nothing was too hard , very hard to find genuine people like this these days . Very helpful, lovely clean spacious place . Having drinks and snacks provided was great also. So close to the beaches lovely car park nice garden, hope to be back one day. Thanks for the stay

The flat is lovely and has everything one might need. It is just a short walk away from the beach/sea, center of town and supermarket. Francesco was a lovely host, very accommodating and gave us great recommendations- would highly recommend il convivio! Would definitely stay there again!

We had a great time! Elizaveta was very friendly and always available to help us out. Elio even found a parking spot for us and dropped us off in front of the appartment with our luggage. Both of them went above and beyond to help us and make sure we had a great time. The appartment is in the middle of the historic center and is very cute. You have everything that you need there and everything is in walking distance. I highly recommend!

We were pampered by the warm waters of the sea of Davoli and the attention of Antonino, a fantastic host who I highly recommend that our stay was as comfortable as possible, a kind and non-intrusive present, an exceptional location very comfortable to the sea and the center but at the same time quiet and quiet, which is still true, so they only make beautiful Calabria shine even more, thank you and we will be back again for sure

Beautifully clean, quiet and delightful sea breezes in the beach front. Weather wasn’t so good but the ever changing colours of the sea was magic! Restaurants nearby are fantastic too!

Antonella's residence is equipped with all possible amenities and is a short walk from the sea. We found it in perfect condition and spent 8 days of true relaxation. A particularly positive dimension for a family with a small child. We felt right at home.

The apartment is very well located in the heart of Tropea’s old town, with the most beautiful sea-view. There are several very good restaurants nearby. It was quite hot and there was only one fan. Would have been nice to have had a second one, especially at night. Other than that, we can highly recommend this spacious and very well equipped apartment. Massimo was more than helpful with everything. He gave us many good recommendations where to eat, grocery shopping, etc.

+ Everything is good and Franco is a very good host + He is always available and very helpful + Franco shows you the area. - The fridge is a bit noisy. - There is no real kitchen.

It was beautiful, communication with Silvio was great. He was always quick to answer questions and problems and helped us. We will be happy to come back.

Great place, 5 min. walk to the huge beach, the house is good and clean have all you need. Romano’s family is nice and always help.

Very nice and very clean accommodation in a great location right on the sea. Fantastic! Quirico responded very quickly and nicely. I really recommend it, happy to come again!

Graziella's home was beautiful and clean and it had everything i needed and more. Graziella was so kind and welcoming and she made sure i had everything i needed and even had breakfast items for me. She is truly a wonderful host. It was a perfect place to get away from the chaos of the bigger busier cities and relax in San Lucido beautiful quaint seaside town. There is a bus that comes through town a few times a day and the local tobacco shop sells train and bus tickets, but it only has one train. The adjacent towns are also very quaint and beautiful. There are a couple grocery stores and several shops in town that are very reasonably priced. People are warm and friendly and very helpful. The little town below can get lively and loud but the town shuts down very early. A car to see the beautiful surrounding area is definitely recommended. Paola has a few options but you will have to book in advance.

Good location for walking around the centre. Cristian was a great host and gave recommendations for restaurants and sights to visit. Good cafes and supermarkets within walking distance.

Such a wonderful location with stunning views away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to get to Tropea by car. Parghelia itself is a charming little town with restaurants and small shops to get what you need. The pool and grounds were perfectly looked after and the apartment was comfortable with everything we needed to look after ourselves. Outdoor private area and terrace were just perfect. We loved i and would love to come again....

We spent the Christmas holidays in Giulia's precious apartment. Beautiful, cozy, bright and equipped with everything you need to spend even a few days. Very close to all the sights of the area such as Capo Vaticano, Zambrone and Vibo Valentia and above all with a guaranteed sea view. Giulie was a super responsive and available host. She's certainly The place I would definitely go back in the summer. I literally loved this place, a very comfortable bed and a well-served area. Thanks again Giulia❤️

The view from the balcony was wonderful! The pictures of this apartment don’t do it justice. The balcony was big enough for two to enjoy coffee or wine. Really felt like a local but had enough restaurants around. Everything was walkable up and down hill. The apartment was not so big, but very comfortable for two. Can’t say much about how the kitchen worked, because who wants to cook when so much Italian food is at your doorstep? However, we were there the day many things closed down at the beginning of November. Still, we found good places to eat. Would recommend this apartment.

A beautiful place away from the hustle and bustle of the city. There is a piece of garden at guests' disposal. The home is clean and well-maintained. Beautiful beaches nearby. Domenico is always helpful and communicative. We recommend it for guests with a car who are looking for peace and relaxation.

Our Little piece of Paradise in Pizzo! This apartment had it all and was so adorable. We were unlucky with the weather in Pizzo with lots of rain but wow did we love our apartment! The gas fireplace saved the day / days for us. It made our time there super cozy and comfortable. The view on one of the sunny days was beautiful. The apartment was perfect for the three of us traveling and my mom of 81 was even able to get around just fine. Super clean, new and cozy. Great stay all around. And our hosts were great! Thank you
