Communication with Effie was quite easy and fast. We were happy to think about a lot of things at home and prepare. The location of the house is very central. It can be walked everywhere. Parking in the city is generally a problem, but there is also paid parking right across from the house. We were quite satisfied, we stayed for 3 nights with 4 adults, 2 children.

Characterful apartment with spacious living and dining areas and comfortable sofas. Beds were comfortable. Centrally located and close to some good restaurants.

My stay was impeccable...!! Exactly what you need... Clean, quiet, easily accessible,with a secured parking spot,and with a completely friendly owner... I recommend it without any reservations..!!!

Anke and Evangelos are wonderful hosts. The apartment is as described in the listing, not to say much better. You feel right at home, everything is very brightly decorated and cozy. There are also insect screens on all the windows, which I absolutely loved. The pool not only invites you to splash but also linger, at the current temperatures it is pleasantly cool, the garden is a small oasis. I'll be back next year as soon as the calendar is unblocked. We had a good time staying at the place. It was clean, we were received personally and it was easy and uncomplicated to reach our host. The location was perfect for us. It's within broader walking distance from the center and easy to get around with public transportation.

The place is amazing !! One of the best place I stayed in. The jaccuzi is very nice. Everything is decorated well and feels like home ! It is also very clean. The location is outside of the city center but by car very close to the city center. We loved the location. We loved everything about the stay

very comfortable space! you could easily have friends over. she supplied us with soaps, toilet paper, snacks, coffee, water bottles, a briki, anything we might need upon arrival. super cute space with comfy couches and comfy bed. host was very responsive, kind, and helpful while giving us lots of privacy! highly recommend. not disability accessible.

This place is near the beach (1 minute walking) and near the airport (9 minutes driving). It has everything as described. Parking is available in front of the door. Keybox checkin and checkout any time possible. It was nice to be able to stay here.

I have been staying in Thess for approaching 3 years and I have to say that even though each apartment is unique in it's own way, I absolutely loved this one - it felt sooo cozy, warm and really like a home. I absolutely loved the style of it, the decor was very well thought of and it was incredibly spotless clean upon check in. I also absolutely love this area, and probably more so than the Roman Agora where I have always stayed previously. This was the perfect fit! The bed - super comfy with such nice sheets, the kitchen is more than generous in size with everything that you possibly need and much more, the shower is huge and the aircon works incredibly well. The WiFi - completely uninterrupted, so absolutely perfect for digital nomads and remote workers (like myself). The check-in was incredibly smooth and Savas was always responsive and very clear and prompt in all his communication. I'd give this a 11/10 and I can't wait to return. Thank you Savas for such an incredible stay!

We have stayed at Solon's place for a full month and it felt like home. We really appreciated that it was free of clutter that you usually see in other places on AirBnB. It had everything we needed and always felt so tidy and neat. The view from the terrace was amazing and we found it very calming. It was close to everything and the two bicycles provided made it easy to get around. They provided us with a high chair and cot for the baby, both in great condition.

We would be there for the 2nd time, as we were very satisfied the 1st time and the communication with Eleni and her husband was great and the apartment meets our expectations in every way. We'll be back and looking forward to seeing you again. Clear recommendation!

It was the best place I’ve ever stayed. Cleanliness, location, and price were all great. (I went knowing it was on the 5th floor with no elevator.) If it’s your first time in Thessaloniki, the location is perfect — close to everything. Liked the apartment, they did a great job. It is an underground apartment from the street side with smaller windows, but on the other hand there is a balcony at the back which is very nice. Check-in and communication was superb! I would stay again.

Lovely flat in a great location in Thessaloniki. Easily walkable to the seafront as well as key attractions (Agia Sofia, Kamara, et al). Would stay here again.
