The large, covered balcony with lounge furniture invites you to while away the time. After an extensive mountain hike or a ski tour, you can enjoy a relaxing break in the swimming pool or sauna.

In one of the oldest areas, our 400 yr old house is located in a very quiet spot but central enough to reach old town in 10 min by foot. A bakery is closeby. The apt has a living/bedroom and a room with small kitchen/dining area, with a small bathroom (shower). The WC is situated across the hallway, ca 3m from the entrance to your flat-only to be used by you. You are very welcome to use our large garden. We are also happy to lend you a bicycle (7€) or a tandem-the best way to explore Salzburg.

Our flat has a seperate entrance, is furnished quite new und Garden area can be alsobused incl some possibilities für children to play. Zwischen München und Salzburg, im Herzen des Chiemgaus, 15km vom Chiemsee entfernt liegt meine Ferienwohnung im Maisonette Stil. Auf ca. 68 qm findest Du alles für eine kleine Auszeit oder einen ausgedehnten Wander- oder Fahrrad Urlaub. Beginne Deinen Tag mit einem Frühstück auf dem voll möblierten Balkon, oder lasse ihn auf dem Liegestuhl im Gemeinschaftsgarten ausklingen. In nur 700 Metern erreichen Sie zu Fuß oder mit dem Radl das wunderbare Chiemseeufer und haben von hier aus einen traumhaften Ausblick auf die Bergkette. Zur Ferienwohnung gehören eine 20qm große Terrasse mit Blick ins Grüne sowie ein direkter Zugang in den ruhigen Gemeinschaftsgarten. Hier können Sie gerne im Freien bei aufgehender Sonne Ihr Frühstück genießen.
