Holiday rentals with breakfast in Stateline

She is so nice and warm host! It is a wonderful house to family trip.

Tiame and her husband were amazing hosts. They helped me with suggestions around Lake Tahoe, and were also very flexible with check in as well as check out. Had a good breakfast in the morning before I left, and also had my laundry done the previous evening. Overall, a great stay in a beautiful and peaceful neighborhood. Their home is also pretty close to Lake Tahoe, with a scenic 30-40 minute drive separating the two.

Hosts were very easy to talk to, friendly, and open. Snacks available to guests along with drinks in the mini fridge in the room. I felt right at home and welcome in their space.

Such a cozy room and great location, Sabrina was so nice and hospitable. She had great tips for local restaurants and was very quick to respond.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Missy and Sandy’s bed and breakfast! From the moment we arrived, they made us feel right at home with their warm hospitality and friendly personalities. They were incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Missy and I share the same profession as personal trainers, and it was such a treat to connect with her on that level. She generously let me use her gym, and we even got in a great workout together — such a fun and unexpected bonus to the trip! Sandy was equally amazing, always kind and helpful, especially when it came to setting up the kayaks for us to enjoy some peaceful time out on the lake. The combination of genuine hospitality, beautiful surroundings, and thoughtful touches made this one of the best stays we’ve had. We truly loved every moment and would highly recommend staying with Missy and Sandy to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway!

This lovely Airbnb was perfect for a short getaway. It’s located on top of a hill just a short drive from the main area of Incline village. The home was clean and felt like a hotel with comfortable beds comfortable linens and a TV in almost every room. The kitchen was well stocked in the front porch area has a nice lounge you feel for relaxation..

Gail & Ross's accommodation left nothing to be desired. The couple is very friendly and has recommendations of all kinds to offer, whether concerning shopping, activities, or restaurants. The house and the room are lovingly furnished. Nothing is missing. There are shampoos, shower gel, and lotions for use. Hairdryers, etc., are provided. The house was lovely clean, had everything we needed. Location was great. Driveway was a little tight but loved that there was a garage to park in. I would definitely recommend and I would stay there again.

We had a great stay! We've rented many condos in Kirkwood, but this was the most convenient. It's right by the lifts, you get a reserved garage spot, a ski locker big enough for a family, and even a fitness center. With the Murphy bed and fold-out couch, the studio was very efficient, as there was a lot of room once we put the beds away in the morning. We especially loved watching the snow fall and the snow cats work through the window. We'd rent it again anytime!

this place is in a great location. right across from the heavenly gondola. very central to a lot of things tahoe had to offer!

Kelli and Seth were such great hosts. I felt right at home and there was a lot of room for us to hang out. The breakfast was amazing and made with all fresh ingredients. They have a beautiful home with an amazing outdoor area. I only wish that I could have stayed longer. Their dogs are the cutest and very friendly. I recommend a stay here with Kelli and Seth you would be missing out if you didn’t.

It’s hard to describe how magical Jean and Dave’s place is. The moment you arrive, they great you with a warm pickup and private shuttle to their masterfully crafted log home. From there, you’re escorted to your guest room with a personalized welcome and tour of the home. The surroundings are spectacular and highly recommend if you’re into cross country skiing, snowshoeing or stargazing. As hosts, they are so friendly with helpful recommendations, going out of their way to ensure you’re having a great time. It felt like visiting family- we will be back!

This historic home was absolutely breathtaking. We felt like we took a step back in time, extremely fitting for the beautiful historic town of Virginia city. I definitely plan on coming back!
