Quiet stay, no inconvenience. Building in a very good location and with many attractions in the area. The host is very attentive and responds quickly to any questions or requests. The only suggestion for this apartment is the installation of an air conditioner. Thanks for hosting.

The Studio is well located, has the entire structure for both short and longer stays! Tânia Cristina is an excellent host, with accurate and quick responses to guests, in addition to the receptivity that is a differential! For sure, with a meeting of agendas we will return!

The stay met my expectations. The apê is very safe and very well located. Market and pharmacy literally in front of the condominium. Near the airport, which made it easy in time of traffic. I Recommend!!!

My experience was awesome!! Erika and her mother Dona Vânia who is a co-host were super attentive and helpful at all times from before check in to checkout. They clarified their doubts, gave tour tips, if they were at the disposal for anything, besides the house being extremely charming and cozy. We love the stay. They are so cute that they have left us even a basket of pampering!

My experience at this home was great! The place is impeccably clean, with a simply amazing view! The hostess was extremely attentive and helpful throughout the stay, always available to respond quickly and offer great tips for places to visit in the area. In addition, it demonstrated admirable flexibility with check-in and checkout times, which made all the difference. Without a doubt, it exceeded all my expectations. I would like to list a few highlights: the ventilation of the Apto is exceptional (balcony in front of the living room, bedroom, bathroom and kitchen); Very good internet; garage covered and excellent; great location, close to everything; cleanliness of the building in general optimum; security also great; fully functioning and well cleaned elevators; TVs in the living room and bedroom are Smart Tv; kitchen utensils all perfect. In the end, my Wife and I feel at Home, and we certainly indicate this property without fear of making mistakes.

Great accommodation, close to everything and very comfortable. A great solution I found to accommodate my family members who came to a wedding. All guests really liked the apartment. The only point is the state of conservation of the building that is lacking in a general renovation
