Holiday rentals with beach access in State of Minas Gerais

Amazing accommodation, the apartment is exactly as in the photos, wonderful sunset, easy access to Praia da Areia Preta and Praia das Castanheiras, shops and supermarket nearby. The place was clean and organized, very cozy and beautiful. I'll be back more often!

We had a great time at Diego's place. Niede's warm welcome and explanations made it easy for us to make our mark quickly. The place was very clean, functional, well maintained, and true to descriptions. At the time of our visit, the neighborhood was very quiet. We were very well received by Rose! Very attentive and did everything to make us feel at home and promptly responded to our requests. Rose is a 10!! The location of the house is excellent. And we were very lucky because the condominium was empty when we arrived. Which meant a lot of peace of mind. With the condominium full, I believe we would have less privacy. We spent 5 very pleasant days! Thank you!

Great location, close to all the best beaches. Beautiful house. The upstairs rooms are more comfortable, the bottom room has access via stairs. The electric shower of the lower bedroom was broken but was promptly repaired (resistance change). A Rute that served us is a special and talented person, it was a pleasure to live with her and try her recipes, including a delicious moqueca! I think the space is worth it but do not wait for super luxury, but rather a clean and functional house with an extraordinary view.

The apartment is impeccable, everything wonderful, super well-equipped, clean, we love it! It has a yard, which was perfect for our dogs. There is a market and restaurant next door and it is a few minutes' drive from Rua das Pedras. Lucy is a great host, responds quickly and is very helpful, in addition to leaving treats for our arrival! We hope to return as soon as possible!

Very well located apartment that met our needs very well, for a good cost-benefit. Clean bedding. The air conditioning room works well. In the living room, there was a good fan. Hostess very willing to help. I found the parking space to be quite suitable for my car (T-Cross), but very large cars may cause difficulties, as the gate is not so wide. Overall, I thought it was great and would stay there again on a future trip.

It's my second stay on Airbnb, I don't have much experience, so I was afraid at first. But my first contact with Sonja was very good, I have nothing to complain about, she answered all my questions. The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures and much more, very well equipped, beautiful, fragrant, very clean, the building itself is new, very well maintained too! Sonja is very detailed and has very good taste, Marcos was the one who welcomed us and showed us the whole building, the rules, gave us tips on places we could go, showed us the whole apartment. I have nothing to complain about, the neighborhood is very quiet even at night. Just one thing I have to point out was in relation to the two glass doors, the living room and the bedroom that were a little stuck, and also the bathroom door of the bedroom, nothing that maintenance can't solve. Other than that, impeccable! When I return to Cabo Frio I hope to be able to stay in the apartment again. Sonja is very friendly!
