Unique experience! Everything was excellent, without exaggeration! Sabrina is very solicitous, from the first day of the reservation, first contact before the day of the stay, to the checkout. She explains, informs and is willing to help if we need to, just in the service she has already won me over. Now the accommodation is an experience in itself, my God, the cabin is so charming, cozy and makes you feel at home, the total number of 0 (zero) defects! She lives up to all the reviews she receives, which I have personally read all of. The cabin is fully equipped with appliances, kitchen utensils, a first aid kit, everything you literally need and don't need, plus treats to welcome us, a detail that fills our hearts with joy. Whoever is reading, here's the tip: Take the opportunity to enjoy every corner, the landscape and all the structure that the cabin offers! As the name implies, it is a Refuge. My wife and I went to disconnect and relax, we just had a daughter and we would like to live this week as a family without distractions, and everything was wonderful for our family. Cozy and private place, everything very beautiful and well thought out. I loved it, I can't wait to go back

We loved our stay. Everything was very clean and organized, we arrived and it smelled great, like it had just been cleaned. The bed and pillows are great too. The house is very well with a QRcode explaining how to use things, the guide to restaurants and activities was also great and we used it as our guide. Victor responded to us super fast and was super helpful, we were not able to light the fireplace and he promptly provided us with alcohol and lighter. The cabin is super charming and with plenty of privacy. One difference was that it even had spices in the kitchen pots, a difference I've never seen in other Airbnbs. Best Airbnb stay we've ever had.

We had an amazing experience at the cabin! The place is super cozy, well decorated and conveys a sense of peace and contact with nature. The bed was very comfy, the fireplace worked perfectly, and the view from the balcony is breathtaking. Everything was very clean and organized, with full kitchen utensils and smelling bed and bath linens.

The cabin is really beautiful, well decorated and with everything we need at our disposal. Easy access and a beautiful view! We were greeted by Ana Paula, who attended to us with great care, and was super helpful in assisting us with a problem at Hidro. We can't wait to go back... we highly recommend the cabin!

SkyWindow provides an incredible experience of contact with nature and a mix of technology. The house is well equipped with appliances for comfort during the season. I really liked the atmosphere with a large window and great visibility of fields and mountains. I loved the roof that opens and the bed that rises to the roof to watch the starry sky! The host's reception enhanced the experience. She brought us warm cheese bread to welcome us. I definitely want to live this experience more often.

Our stay was great! The place is super organized and has everything you need, the view is breathtaking in the morning! The place is extremely faithful to the images... a single point is that it has a dirt road about 1km away from the city that low cars may have a little difficulty passing, especially on rainy days... otherwise, everything else was incredible and Denise's support was excellent

From the photos and reviews, we had high expectations for our stay, but incredibly, the expectations were exceeded when we arrived at Mont Sha'n. It is noticeable that the space was built with a lot of love, every detail was thought of with affection! We had magnificent moments, a magical connection with nature, the landscape of the mountains is splendid, we feel so grateful to be living this experience. We loved our days, it was really a rest. Everything is planned in a way that makes the couple feel at home, with comfort and charm. The access ramp is a little steep, but any vehicle in good condition, whether it is 1.0 or not, can climb it easily. We appreciate every detail, we will definitely be back! 🙌🏼

We spent Valentine's Day at the cabin and had a great stay! From the pre-check-in instructions to our departure. The cabin is a delight, we were lucky with the weather and had great sunrise and sunset landscapes and we were even greeted with an afternoon coffee basket! We highly recommend the location!

Simply perfect! The cottage exceeded all expectations. Everything is very complete, made with care and quality in every detail. The cleanliness is impeccable, the garden is beautiful and extremely well maintained, which makes the environment even more welcoming. The silence of the place is wonderful, ideal for resting and recharging. The temperature inside the cottage is great, the coffee recommended by Julia was delicious and she was always very helpful and attentive, which made all the difference in our experience. We will definitely return and recommend it without thinking twice. A true haven!
