In the living room there is a sofa bed with bed size 120x190. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary facilities. kettle, coffee machine, dishes, kitchen towels, fridge with freezer. The apartment has a TV, air conditioning and a secured parking space. The apartment has its own terrace with a sunshade and outdoor furniture for sitting and dining. There is also a partition on the terrace that provides additional privacy for the owner. Right next to the apartment, there is a storage room of the owner of the building, which he enters when necessary, when changing guests, taking care not to disturb the privacy of the guests of the apartment.

Restaurants, cafes, atm, pharmacy, are in the close area- few minutes away. Nearest beach is just few minutes walking and city center is 1,2 km away from the house.
