Beachfront holiday rental in Stara Novalja

We had 5 nights in Villa Delfin, on the 2nd floor (the top floor) from where there are the most breathtaking views of the water on two sides. There is no balcony on the 2nd floor, but it didn't matter to us because there is a lovely terrace - available for everyone - with sea views and lounge furniture, and here we were a lot. Udigten over the sea is so beautiful, and it's really only a few meters to the water, at the end of the garden. The sea is super clean and clear and wonderfully refreshing. We did yoga in the garden every morning and there are many sun loungers where you can lie in the shade under the olive trees with a book - and we appreciated that in July, where the heat is intense. We were super well received by our host Sani, who was super sweet, welcoming and pleasant and always available if we had a question. We were happy to have 5 days at this lovely place - and could have easily enjoyed a whole week on the spot. The warmest recommendations from here!

We had a wonderful stay, the hostess made us feel at home: Jovana is very kind, very helpful and attentive to all the details. The apartment has all the comforts and exactly matches the description. It is very spacious and quiet, all new. It is located in Barbat, a few kilometres from the ferry landing and, for those of us who want to visit almost the entire island, it is in a strategic position. It is located just a 5-minute walk from the nearest beach. Thank you Jovana for your hospitality, you are magnificent!

Very nicely located apartment with two balconies overlooking the sea and the mountains. Almost right on the fine pebble beach. By boat you can go directly to Rab every hour for €3, - from there! Apartment is as described. Bed and climate are very good. Parking as well. There are almost all German programs on the TV. Rozana is a top host and super friendly. When we had a wish, she responded immediately. We felt very comfortable in Barbat and can definitely recommend the accommodation.

Our stay with Andrej and Antonia was great - we would have liked to have stayed longer. Both are very good hosts, we immediately felt comfortable and welcome. The place looked 1:1 like in the photos, was very clean and you can see how much time and effort the two are investing so that everything is well maintained and their guests feel at home. Throughout our entire stay, both have repeatedly inquired about our well-being and made great recommendations for the area. We recommend a stay with Andrej and Antonia to anyone traveling to Rab:)

The appartment is l/super close to the sea. It's a very peaceful and calm place with an amazing view and nice terrasse, and everything close by we needed. Also good for SUP. Ane is a lovely host and recommended an amazing restaurant. We enjoyed each day, thanks for having us :)

We had an amazing week at Daniela’s Apartment! It’s the perfect location, right by a Promenade where you can walk along and find a ton of restaurants and bars! And there is a taxi boat to the old town of Rab which was so nice to visit at night! We enjoyed our stay and loved it!

We had a wonderful stay at Petra's. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for your stay and is very clean. Petra herself was always available and makes sure with a lot of heart that you feel comfortable all around. The only thing that could be criticised is that the single beds were actually very small. For children/teenagers or very small adults, it is absolutely sufficient, but for everyone else, it is a bit tight. The large balcony with a gas barbecue for convivial evenings completely compensated for this. We would come back any time 😊

The space is simply magical! Everything perfectly clean, Marina and Famielie are all super nice and warm! We got many tips for the area without asking. The beds are extremely comfortable and the highlight is definitely the sunset on the balcony, as well as the fantastic garden with fresh khaki, pomegranates and much more. We will be back for sure❤️❤️❤️

Our stay was very nice. We were warmly welcomed. The place is very nicely decorated, very quiet from the location, access to the pool and sea very easily accessible. Hosts and family members are all very friendly and helpful. Thank you for the wonderful time at your placle.

The stay at this place was amazing! Everything was clean, nicely decorated and equipped with everything you might need. The hosts are friendly, welcoming and always available to help. The location is great and the neighborhood is quiet and cozy. All recommendations, we'll be back!

We felt very comfortable at Zita's place. The apartment is one of several in the house with separate entrance and its own covered terrace. The apartment is equipped with the most important things. The highlight is definitely the view from the pool and the private access to the sea (a private platform on the cliffs). Listing is the same as on the pictures. Zita was very hospitable and always available on site. She even provided us with aftersun when we and in the sun had banished. The location is very quiet and from the shot, but you can shop and eat well in Karlobag (10 minutes by car). We'd love to come back!

Very good place with a nice pool also iluminated at evening. Comfortable apartment. We were there before season and it was very quiet in Cesarica. Great that they also accept guests with dogs.

It was a very enjoyable and simple stay

Spectacular location right next to a small beach cove with amazing views. Lots of great spots outside to relax, eat etc. Accommodation comfortable and immaculately clean.

We stayed there for the autumn holidays. Since the season was already over, it was very quiet and peaceful. A lot had already been closed. But Kata had warned us that we would be a week late, so to speak. Nevertheless, it was very nice there. We cooked ourselves, which was no problem in the well-equipped kitchen. For the 5 of us, two adults with three children (9,9,12), the space was good although we spent quite a lot of time in it and often had to eat indoors because of the not always good weather. The beach is also very nice in autumn and perfect with kids. We were also able to bathe well when the sun showed up. We would definitely come back.

A villa perfect for a group of friends, a pool, a grill, lots of space inside and out. You can see that the villa has its years, but the price is reasonable. Very good communication with the agency and the person on the property.

Slawa is a great host, easy to comunicate with and responds very fast. The apartman was clean and had everything you need for a comfy stay. The view from the balcony is spectacular. The apartmant is perfect for someone who wants lots of privacy and a break from the crowds.

We stayed at this property and we were immediately conquered, the apartment was small but with everything you need, it is equipped with a beautiful garden covered by vineyards where you can eat and be able to enjoy the barbecue, the hosts were very available in everything and the convenience of having the beach equipped with equipment such as sunbeds and umbrellas is priceless, we will definitely come back and recommend this location to anyone who wants to be centrally located at a price more than honest. Beautiful, clean, tasteful, and well-equipped beachfront accommodation. Quiet location. Private beach, but designed for multiple apartments. It was pretty crowded for our dates. At times, we had trouble finding between all the private sun loungers, which no one was on for most of the day anyway, a place to lie down. The apartment was really nice and very well equipped!

Fantastic hosts, wonderful surroundings. If you don't want to be in the sun all the time, it is possible to enjoy the view of the sea under the olive trees, but there are also umbrellas on the beach. The view and sunset from the terrace are fantastic. For 4 adults, the upper floor terrace, bath and kitchen are a little small, but the view, the environment, and the hospitality of the hosts quickly forgot all this.

The apartment overlooks the sea and is in a very comfortable location, the beach is under the house, but it is also easy to get around the island having a central location. Great parking under the house, we found a place daily for two weeks. There is a restaurant under the house, but the area is very quiet, residential. The apartment is clean and the owner Sara is very kind. The studio has everything you need. The only downside is that it's very small, especially the bathroom, but it's still very comfortable and the terrace is very nice and makes a difference! I recommend it

Davorka and her husband were very sweet and always offered us their help with activities or if we needed anything. The house corresponded to the pictures and was in top condition. It was all very neat and clean. The surroundings and the beach were also a dream.
