Riding lessons are available for additional fees. Multiple animals run loose on the property like dogs, chickens, cats... Feel free to walk around the common areas. This is a private house with separate entrance on 15 acres of property. There are two other tiny houses for guests near this guest house, a family home, and two garage apartments on the property as well.

Cozy and modern apartment inside a working hobby farm barn. Upstairs holds one bedroom with a queen bed. Loft area upstairs has a convertible futon with a TV/blue ray/dvd. Downstairs is a nearly full eat in kitchen (only missing a stove) and the spacious bathroom with stand up shower. A grill is also available on the large covered porch. Guests have access to large covered porch, playground and yard area. Farm chores done 2 times daily. Pets allowed with fee.
