Have a small pond on site for your viewing pleasure and relaxing times with a full swing set for the young at heart fun times! My shed is heated during the winter months! FYI The Loft bedroom and TV room are located upstairs from the kitchen (Please bring your own food for meals! ) and bathroom are on the bottom floor! Recently add washer and dryer system! New central Air conditioning !

We enjoyed our stay and everything was as advertised. Location was great, and house had everything we needed. Loved the kitchen. WIFI was just updated a few weeks before we arrived. Wifi password didn't work when we checked in, but I sent Ed a message and within 10 minutes, the correct password was sent to me and problem was resolved. We would gladly stay here again.

Laysha was super accommodating and the house was very clean. We had a problem with the TV and it was replaced within 24 hours. The only thing that I think could have made the stay better was if there were a few more blankets for the couch.

Stacey left us clear instructions and the code on how to enter the house. We were arriving late that night, so it was very helpful we could check in ourselves. The home was very spacious and clean. The bathroom had shampoo/conditioner, body wash to use when showering. Check out was very easy, we put our sheets and towels in a laundry basket and took out the trash. It was a great stay!

We had a fantastic stay! The place was spotless, in a great location, and exactly as described. The host was incredibly responsive and easy to communicate with, which made everything smooth from check-in to checkout. We especially enjoyed spending time by the water and had a blast teaching the kids how to fish—definitely a highlight of the trip! Highly recommended and would love to come back.

The Magnolia Tiny House is so peaceful and private with beautiful views; the furnishings are beautiful and cozy. The huge windows give a fantastic view of the countryside with an added treat of seeing turkeys, rabbits and cows. This tiny house has everything to make you feel at home, from lots of blankets, toiletries for showering, cookware and condiments for cooking, and a washer/dryer for longer stays. The fireplace and hot tub are nice touches, even though I didn’t use either. After a wonderful day enjoying Ponca State Park, it was a real treat to stay here.
