Its central location is a perfect setting if you're exploring Phoenix for pleasure, visiting for an event or spending time in town on business. Your room and bathroom are private with a queen bed, premium linens, a closet, Wi-Fi, Netflix, a desk and more. You may enjoy maximum privacy and come and go thru the independent entry. Alternatively you are welcome to use the front door, the kitchen & fridge, the front and back patios and all other living spaces. The front door is equipped with smart lock you may open with your smartphone; your room independent entry has a traditional key. The home lies in a quiet, safe and well-established residential neighborhood on the border of Phoenix and Scottsdale. The Urban Green House brings farm life to the urban core. We offer fresh eggs from our backyard hens and gardens for guests to enjoy. We also live green-using solar panels, recycling, and composting. Sarah and Ryan live locally and are available to meet any needs that arise. We are located in a quiet and safe 1950s neighborhood, close to local restaurants, coffee shops, Encanto park, direct access to both the I-10 and I-17 freeways, and only 8 miles from Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport.
