You can sunbathe, have bbq’s in the outdoor dining area or sit by the firepit and watch the amazing Cardiff sunsets. When you enter this clean contemporary fresh Oasis you will be pleasantly surprised with the quartzite stone island and countertops which has seating for 6. Enjoying your Sauvignon with raw Oysters and views straight to the Pacific will be a lasting memory for this vacation. This open concept beauty is inviting and with its warm wood pieces, it completes the casual chic décor. The newly remodeled bathrooms add a luxury to your spa like experience and the beautiful bedrooms will offer the best night sleep. This gorgeous Parkhouse is fully furnished with custom designed furniture and is supplied with percale cotton sheets, Belgian linen quilts and Turkish cotton towels. After a day in the sun and surf, you can shower in the beautiful outdoor shower and refresh for the evening ahead. You can rent the Cardiff Penthouse or the Cardiff Parkhouse separately or if you have a family event, you can rent out the entire duplex and create the magic only Cardiff-by-the-Sea can offer. The Parkhouse house also comes with beach chairs, umbrella and boogie boards. This exquisite property is located in the beach community of Cardiff-by-the-Sea, with beautiful Glenn Park across the street. It's also within walking distance of a world-class specialty market, Starbucks, and leading restaurants, as well as the Pacific Ocean.

Private Guesthouse with Bay View Deck

The one bedroom, one bath unit was recently remodeled (in 2017) and includes all new kitchen, bathroom, full size laundry and air conditioning. The large 400 square foot private deck has new outdoor furniture with views of Mission Bay and gorgeous sunsets year round. Enjoy a show on the 50" 4K LG smart TV in the living room which offers Netflix, Amazon Video, and major network TV stations. Cook a delicious meal in the kitchenette complete with a mini-fridge/freezer, microwave, electric stove top, coffeemaker, and more. If you plan to head to the beach, the storage ottoman is secretly a "beach box" containing a couple of folding chairs, beach toys, towels and a small cooler. The unit is stocked with coffee, shampoo, conditioner, laundry supplies, iron, and more. Filtered water is provided via a faucet on the kitchen sink. Easy check-in via a numeric keypad on the front door with the code provided prior to arrival. Plenty of street parking is available. We love meeting new people and live next door in the main house so we are available most anytime. We are both from San Diego and still love to explore the latest new spots so we are happy to give recommendations. Bay Park is a great central neighborhood originally built in the early 1940s. It was recently voted the most livable neighborhood in a recent San Diego poll. Check out the restaurants on Morena Boulevard, which are just a few minutes' walk away or explore all of the major attractions of San Diego easily. The house has easy access to I-5 and is only 10-15 mins from downtown, Sea World, the San Diego Zoo and the airport. The private guest house is located across from Mission Bay and within walking distance to bay, market, restaurants and coffee shops. Uber/Lyft is $8 to $14 to most of San Diego's main attractions. There is a bit of white noise from the highway down the hill near Mission Bay when out on the deck but nothing too bad, just worthy of mention. The unit has double paned vinyl windows so it's quiet indoors.

The mid-century modern house sits on the side of a hill in the La Playa neighborhood of Point Loma, overlooking the harbor. It is a quiet neighborhood, within walking distance of the harbor, beach, nice restaurants, and amenities.
