The train takes 12 minutes to Stavanger. Perfect base for city life, beach life, Prekestolen and Kongeparken. The space The ground floor has a hallway, a kitchen/living room and a bathroom. The second floor has an attic room, two bedrooms with double beds, and a toilet. Car parking available on both sides of the house.

Welcome to a modern and newly renovated basement apartment of high standard, perfect for vacations, business, and weekend getaways. The apartment has two comfortable bedrooms with a double bed, a new bathroom, a new kitchen, and new floors – everything is brand new and fully finished. Only about a 10-minute walk to Sandnes city center with shops and restaurants, and a short distance to public transportation. Free parking right by the property. The apartment is located on the lower floor of a single-family home, with the hosts living above. Some normal everyday noise may occur.

Beautiful boathouse at Fogn in Ryfylke

The boathouse is very tastefully decorated, and is beautifully located right by the quay. Good communication makes it easy to get to/from Stavanger and attractions in the region. The boathouse has two jetties and a small boat, as well as great hiking, swimming and fishing opportunities. It is located southwest-facing which means many nice sunsets. We are in the process of developing a cozy and charming little place with brewery, cafe and shop. You can order fresh items for breakfast, lunch and dinner - everything served and sold is made here.

15-20 min walk to Sandnes city center. Bus stop, shop, playgrounds, skatebowl, sand volleyball and swimming pool in the immediate vicinity. 1-6 guests. Nice hiking areas in Melsheia or top trip to Vedafjell within 30 min. Nice garden with barbecue area and terrace by the garden pond. Bowling alley, gym, shopping street and shopping opportunities within 2 km. Electric car chargers (2.4kW and 7.2kW) can be used by appointment. Extra costs are included. Only paying guests are allowed to stay in the apartment.

Unique tiny house with panoramic views - "Fjordbris"

Welcome to Fjordbris! Here you can get an overnight stay in the scenic area of Dirdal with an unforgettable view. With only a few meters to the fjord, an almost has the experience of sleeping in the water. All amenities are available either in the tiny house or in the basement of the shop Dirdalstraen Gardsutsalg nearby. In 2023 and 2025, the farm shop was named Norway's best farm shop and is a small attraction in itself. Right next door you will find a sauna that can be booked with equally good views.

The Cowboy Cabin in Sandnes

Our very tiny Cowboy Cabin was built after repeated visits to the motel The Old West Inn, in Willits, CA (USA). The house was first planned as a playhouse, then it became more advanced and has served as a playhouse and guest house. Electricity and wifi are installed, cabin toilet and cabin sink (there is no shower). There is a fire pit, sundeck on the roof with sun from morning to evening, if the sun is shining. The cabin is tiny, but has many smart solutions for good well-being and coziness.

Lovely one level holiday home, nicely located in the terrain, short distance to the sea. Amazing views and sunny conditions from morning to sunset. Located in a quiet area, only 30m from parking. (20min by car to Pulpitrock hike start) Folding door at the front and two large sliding doors give the option to open up to nature outside. Fishing and bathing opportunities only 120m from the cabin. Wood-burning stove inside and outdoor wood fireplace. All bedrooms have light-proof sun shading.

In Sandnes, with proximity to Stavanger, Ålgård, Prekestolen, Kjerag, Månafossen, and the beaches of Jæren. These are just some of the popular places to visit in the area. There is a short distance to grocery stores, a swimming pool, a skate bowl, and hiking areas. A few minutes to the bus. There is a good train connection downtown. By fast boat from Stavanger, you can reach the islands in Ryf Ryfylke, including Lysefjorden, Flor og Fjaere. The place has free parking. But no EV charging.
