Kitchen is fully stocked with coffee pot, french press, baking and cooking-ware, crockpot, all the basics (plates, bowls, glasses, silverware). Guests have private access to the entire unit - 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen, living room, and patio. The swimming pool is shared with others living in the complex. I live right down the road and I am typically available if needed. Highway 36 around the corner offers easy access to Boulder and Denver. Shopping and dining are within a couple of minutes, while a mall with movie theater is about 10 minutes away. Young visitors will love the nearby Broomfield Bay Aquatic Park. Ample parking is available. There's a bus stop basically right outside the door. Downtown Boulder and Denver are both about 20 minutes away. Movie theaters, shopping, breweries, restaurants galore are all within about a 5 minute drive.

Nestled in the foothills of the Colorado Rockies, our home is centrally located to all that the Denver area has to offer. We are a quick 15 minute drive to Downtown, and to Red Rocks Ampetheater. It is also an hour jaunt to some popular ski areas, including Loveland Ski Resort and Winter Park. This suite includes an upgraded bathroom with a spa-like shower. Bedroom accommodation features a queen sized pillow top mattress, and TV with Roku. You'll also have your own dining space and kitchenette.

Fully remodeled guesthouse studio on a 1/2 acre property. This unit has its own private outdoor area furnished with a gas BBQ and an outdoor dining table. It has a full size bathroom with a modern shower panel and modern quiet heating/cooling system. The kitchen is small so there is no oven; instead there is a microwave/Air fryer/ Oven Combo. A two burner cooktop and a toaster /Coffee maker combo. The Futon turns into a comfy queen bed. Plenty of parking space available on the property as well.

This guest suite is the entire lower level of the house, in a very safe and affluent subdivision, very quiet and spacious, about 1200 sq ft (110 sq meters), separate entrance. 10 min drive to Boulder, 30 min to Denver. Close to supermarkets, restaurants, coffee shops, etc. Easy access to hiking and biking trails as well as to ski areas via I-70. Rocky Mountain National Park is just about 1 hour away. Please note that this unit is for non-smokers only, due to smoke allergy of the residents.
