Herzlich willkommen in unserem kleinen Paradies! Wir haben uns über die letzten Jahre ein kleine Oase erschaffen, in der es uns an nichts mehr gefehlt hat. Von Gästezimmer, über Sauna, Whirlpool, Glamping Dome, Pavillon und Outdoor Küche umfasst unser Garten alles was man für eine gemütliche Zeit braucht. Wir wohnen am Rande einer sehr kleinen Ortschaft, etwa 14 kilometer vom Bodensee entfernt. Der Garten ist umgeben von Natur und hier in der Region lassen sich viele schöne Dinge unternehmen.

Welcome to Eden Cottage! You can relax under large trees in the hammock or discover the beautiful region. The house is newly renovated and stylishly and high-quality furnished based on the model of Swedish country houses. In the perfectly equipped kitchen you can cook and enjoy the food and a glass of wine on the terrace. In 10 minutes walk you are at the river and in the center of the medieval town. *Attention: 2025 construction in the neighborhood (info below)*

Charming new apartment in wonderful area

Newly built apartment in idyllic village with about 1000 inhabitants. Located right on the Swiss border. Very close is the largest waterfall in Europe, the Rhine Falls. Ideal hiking and biking paradise. Pure nature. Water sports in and on the Rhine (swimming, diving, paddling, etc.). Large parking space right in front of the apartment. Long-term guests up to 3 months are also welcome to welcome you. A place where you just feel really comfortable!

Relax with the whole family or friends in our beautiful country house with large garden while we are traveling. The lake is in the immediate vicinity, its natural shore is a 2-minute walk away and invites you to swim. The romantic medieval town of Stein am Rhein can be reached on foot via an idyllic path along the lake. In the winter months, in addition to the underfloor heating, a large fireplace provides cozy warmth and atmosphere.

This apartment is comfortable and newly furnished, is 60 m² and is located in a quiet residential area on the southern slope of Gailingen. The apartment has a large living/bedroom which is extended to the south side with a terrace. The entrance, access to the terrace and the bathroom are at ground level and therefore also suitable for people with walking difficulties. The toilet seat is also elevated and the shower has no step.

This apartment is located above the wineyards of Nussbaumen, Thurgau in Switzerland. The apartment is modernised and furnitured with valuable old furniture dating back to the 18th and 19th century. Looking further downward the wineyards you will see the small lake of Nussbaumen, and further on, on clear days, you will see the the peaks of the alps from Säntis until the Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau which are nearly 200 km away.

In a unique location, in the middle of nature, with distant views of Lake Constance and surrounded by picturesque pastures, you will find the ideal retreat that offers plenty of privacy and tranquility. Despite the rural location, both the historic old town of Stein am Rhein and a whole range of tourist attractions around Lake Constance and the Rhine River are a few minutes' drive away.
