Direkt bei uns gibt es einen Naturteich mit weitreichenden Liegewiesen. Auch die Area47 ist lediglich 4 km entfernt. Canyoning, Biken, Tennis, Paragleiten, ... Die Schiarena Hochötz ist von uns aus in 6 Autominuten zu erreichen. Auch Kühtai, Sölden oder Obergurgl sind in unserer Nähe.

Corona free and well disinfected! Enjoy a peaceful stay in our idyllic house with large garden, trampoline, outside sauna & private lake, 20km south of Munich. The house has 4 bedrooms, a whirlpool, a well equipped kitchen, a games room, a living room with fireplace, large sofas & TV. There are 3 showers in total and two bathrooms. We want to provide a safe retreat and a home away from home in these crazy times. We will always disinfect the house thoroughly!
