Newly renovated and renovated 2 room basement apartment in the countryside. The apartment is in the district of Höferänger and offers a perfect starting point for hikes/snow tours/ski tours in the Franconian Forest and Fichtelgebirge. Parking is available free of charge, parking for bicycles is also available. The bike path is right in front of the grounds. Kulmbach center is about 5 km away. The cities of Bayreuth and Kronach are in 30 and 20 minutes, respectively. Travel time.

A very great little cottage furnished with a lot of love and super clean, small cottage. The location is quiet and perfect as a starting point for excursions of any kind. Everything was as described and the check in/out due to the uncomplicated communication with Josef extremely easy and flexible. Absolutely recommended!

Had a great stay at this place! Everything was really TIP top – super clean, well maintained and exactly as described. Particularly noteworthy is the kitchen, which was equipped with everything you could wish for – from pots and pans to small extras that make cooking pleasant. The apartment was very cozy, well organized and you immediately felt comfortable. The check-in also went smoothly and the host was very friendly and helpful. I was with Astrid and Ewald for two weeks. It was a great apartment in an absolutely quiet location and the garden was wonderful. I really enjoyed that. The apartment was well equipped and everything was thought of! I can absolutely recommend the apartment! I would live there again at any time! All the best for Astrid and Ewald (they personally took me to the city by car on the day of departure!)

After we drove past the property three times (the driveway is not directly visible from the street when you open your eyes, but you will find a sign that draws attention to the apartment:-)), we were greeted very kindly by Alfred and Inge and we were shown the apartment. At first, we were briefly surprised, as we somehow assumed from the pictures that the bedroom is extra and since we were traveling with baby, this was important to us in the accommodation. However, there is a curtain to the kitchen and so we could convert it into a baby bedroom in the evening 🤭 Otherwise, we didn't miss anything and we felt very comfortable. In the accommodation it was very quiet and all kinds of shopping facilities were within minutes walking.
