Modern 62 m² apartment by BHH Living in Ahaus for up to 4 guests. The apartment is set on one level and combines a bright living area with a sofa bed, a separate bedroom with a 160×200 cm bed, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, one bathroom and an additional guest toilet. The balcony is a lovely spot for morning coffee, a relaxed breakfast or a quiet evening after a long day. The kitchen includes everything you need for your stay: stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge, kettle, toaster and a Nespresso capsule machine with a small starter set. Free Wi-Fi, self check-in via key box, good parking options, a freely available garage subject to availability and access to laundry facilities in the building on request make your stay easy and comfortable. Ideal for couples, small families, business travellers, family visits or longer stays in Ahaus. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is only permitted on the balcony.

The 65 m² apartment features a living room with a single bed, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, two bedrooms, and a bathroom, accommodating up to five guests. It is, for example, 12 km from Coesfeld, about 20 km from Winterswijk NL and invites you to take extensive cycling tours (100 Castles Route; Flamingo Route, etc.). You'll love our place because of its bright, clean and French character. Suitable for couples, solo adventurers and cyclists.

Above the rooftops of Gemen

Our enclosed attic apartment offers plenty of space on 53 square meters, is flooded with light and quiet. It is located a few hundred meters from the Gemen Youth Castle and is an ideal starting point for cycling tours through the Münsterland park landscape and the NL. Two bakeries with breakfast offerings and an organic shop are a three-minute walk away. You can safely park and recharge your e-bikes in our garage. Two restaurants are also within walking distance.

Due to wheather influences the look and feel will change over the years. Located in the rural area of Twente and close to the city Enschede. The border to Germany is marked with ancient border stones and at the end of the road.
