The quiet location on the Gera River on the edge of the Steigerwald in connection with the proximity to the city and the good transport connections offers an ideal starting point for visits to Erfurt and the surrounding area, as well as for hiking and biking excursions. The Gera bike path leads directly along the house. Business travelers will find quiet and relaxing nights as well as free parking.

This modern and cosy holiday apartment can accommodate up to 6 guests and is ideal for families, friends and active holidaymakers. Right outside the window, the forest and hiking trails begin, and the cross-country skiing trails and sports field are right next door. The apartment is suitable for a relaxing family vacation or business travelers. It is located on the first floor of a newly renovated 4-family house. Our apartment is about 80 square meters and has a fully equipped modern kitchen, a cozy living room, 2 bedrooms and a new floor-heated, barrier-free bathroom.
