This is a detached two bedroom chalet. The inside has been newly renovated and we are constantly touching up! The St Marys’ ferry to Cumberland Island is a few blocks away! The host will help make the most of your trip by providing beach chairs, coolers, umbrellas, wagons and tips for a great day at the beach. Jacksonville, Amelia Island, Fernandina, Jekyll and St Simmons Island are all within 30 min. Go enjoy the day there, then relax with marsh views next to the sea ~ it’s pure Next-ta-Sea

2019 travel trailer (RV) with Murphy bed, bathroom and fully functioning kitchen. Its a clean, cozy, low cost place all to yourself and only a 5 minute drive to the beach! It’s not the ritz, but if you’re looking for a deal without all the hidden fees, this is your spot! Our cleaning fee is only $20 no matter how many nights you stay. Our dog fee is $30 per trip for 1 dog. +10 for each add A 2 night minimum is required for major holiday weekends, TPC, and Florida Georgia weekends.

Back In Time

This is a unique 200 ft small tiny house with a covered porch with 2 rocking chairs for enjoying the outdoors. It is decorated with family antiques even a 4 ft claw foot tub turned into a shower.... If you want the feel of a nice relaxing country atmosphere with woods and nature this is the place for you. We live on a dead end rd which is quite and very safe. Our 2 story house is next to the tiny house but you have your own space and yard. Your privacy is respected at all time.

It's rustic, but clean and comfortable, has a king bed, a claw-foot tub, an outdoor shower, a microwave, toaster, small fridge and complementary coffee and tea. Hosts live on-site, in the main house beside the barn. Located on a small pecan orchard, our barn was built to be a place of rest and creativity for our family and friends. One of our favorite things about where we live is being able to enjoy the open space of the country while being close to the vibrant city of Jacksonville and the beautiful beaches.
