Kid-friendly holiday rentals in St. Charles County

This place was just what we needed for a quick trip back "home." Location was great. Nice and quiet and private. Easy access to highways, grocery stores, restaurants, etc. Matt was very responsive to any and all questions. How was very clean and had everything we needed. Basement games were fun for kids as well:) We're actually coming back next month and staying at one of his other properties. We're sure we won't be disappointed!:)

Kimberly's place was very clean, cozy, and comfortable, and the house had everything we needed. The location was very quiet with little or no traffic noise, nice neighbors, and was just a couple of easily-walkable blocks to the historic main street of St. Charles, with lots of great shops and restaurants. It was also a very short drive to the Streets of St. Charles with many more shops and restaurants. Also, Kim was a great hostess, and I'd highly recommend this house!

We only booked an overnight stay for something we needed to be in town for. Ron's place is well designed and quality materials. Cafes, restaurants, and other little shops are walkable. The waters, tea, and variety of treats he provides is a nice and appreciated touch! We met Ron on our way checking out; it was a pleasure talking with him. If we're ever back in the area, we will definitely see if this place is available.

Our stay with Barb and Ken was great! We stayed the weekend with our toddler and it was the perfect family friendly stay! We didn’t have to pack anything hardly! Our son loved playing there. The space was clean, quiet, and had everything we needed. We will stay again in the future!

My family of four spent a few days at this home and truly enjoyed it. With the house being older, the bathroom was tight, but the spacious bedrooms made up for it. The beds were comfortable and we felt right at home in the living room. We especially appreciated the abundance of towels. But what we liked most was staying in a nice neighborhood that wasn't far from the highway. This home was perfect for our stay.

The place was great! Clean, quiet, and great air conditioning. Songbird is literally at the end of the alley, and great for breakfast and coffee. My hosts were very responsive and clear on everything during my stay, I really appreciated it. Will definitely book again! Gooooooooooosssssseeeeeeeee

Great location for everything you want to see or do in St. Louis. 15 minute drive to most of the tourist sites and business actives in the City as well as Washington University and St. Louis University. Walk to many good restaurants on Grand Ave and just a half block from the Hartford Coffee Co. for breakfast or lunch. one block to Tower Grove Park.

This is a lovely and convenient location in the CWE. One can see the dome of the New Cathedral from the address, and hear the church chimes, which is an iconic StL experience. The host, David, is remotely managing quite a few different stay options on this one site. There is a main house with many rooms, and a carriage house in back with two apartments above the parking lot. It is very convenient to park in the parking lot (accessed from an alleyway behind) if you will be staying in the carriage house. The check in info was confusing to me because I had been busy flying (without wifi) and driving and hadn't had a chance to read it closely before I got there and needed to leave right away for a meeting...so that was stressful but really my own fault. Just be aware that this is a complex of different airbnb sites on one property, and give yourself time to look carefully at photos and read directions at check in. We found the carriage house apt very comfortable.

We were popping in to have a good place to sleep before continuing on our road trip… not far from getting off & on the highway + close to some good places to eat!

Jene was so kind and welcoming! My family and I had everything we needed during our stay at Jene’s home. The decor was absolutely breathtaking and we were in awe upon walking into the apartment. Jene also let us look at their koi pond and we all visited for a little while. We were all so cozy and very much enjoyed our stay. We’ll definitely stay here again if we find ourselves in St. Louis!

This place is great! One of the best Airbnb's we've stayed at! Sean is a great host. He offered very clear instructions and has a lot of little things included in the apartment to make it cozy, comfortable and feel like home. Well thought out. It is very clean and well maintained. Updated with quality materials. Well supplied with quality products. There is a binder with suggestions of great places to eat. We would definitely stay here again!

This was a great homebase for our St. Louis trip. It was clean and had the kitchen items needed to make our meals when we were not eating out.

Really nice and cool host if you needed something he was on top of it really nice and convenient spot in town nothing was to far away road side parking was great most definitely would recommend to people and or stay again!!!

Clean and comfortable, with a fully stocked kitchen. The bedrooms are much roomier than they appear in the photos. The beds were comfortable and the shower head in the main bathroom had great water pressure. Safe neighborhood that’s a quick walk to Central West End. Gated parking around the back is a perk but the street in front is perfectly safe to park as well. Would definitely stay again.

John's place was good for our 2 nights in St. Louis. We were able to walk to a coffee shop at the corner for breakfast on our first morning there. A tornado hit the area on our 2nd day so we were not able to stay. John offered to reimburse us for the second night. Good host, good location.

Our stay was very comfortable! We had no problems checking in, the home was well-appointed and well-maintained, and we loved the location on the Loop. Very glad we stayed!

This is a great location for anyone visiting St. Louis. Clean and comfy. I'd stay again!

Very nice place. Close to many outstanding St. Louis City parks and eateries. Close to Walmart, Target and grocery stores. Connor right on it if you need help with directions or finding resources.

Danny was great host, very responsive. Location was near Lafayette Square, which we wanted. Easy check in and out, will use again!!
