Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in St. Augustine

Literally just steps to the beach. Great morning and evening views from upper balcony of sunrise and sunset. Had everything we needed for myself, husband, and pup. Water pressure in shower amazing! Make sure to check the book for the WiFi password early in stay for good internet connection. Full size fridge with freezer but no ice maker - not a problem. Bag of ice was there waiting for us and we paid it forward for the next guests. Highly recommend this location.

We had an amazing stay at this Air BnB in Saint Augustine! The place was clean and beautifully maintained with an old Florida feel/charm—very cozy and quiet inside, perfect for relaxing; very cozy on the outside with back porch and fenced in yard. The location was ideal, just minutes from historic downtown and close to everything you might need. What really stood out was the host—absolutely fantastic in every way: incredibly accommodating, responsive, and genuinely welcoming. This was easily one of the best places we’ve ever stayed in, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

This was a perfect location for my husband and I to get away for a weekend. This is one of the nicest Airbnb’s I’ve stayed in.. Stan is great easy to follow instruction, not one issue. The condo is even better than the pictures, it is well decorated and stocked with any essentials you need. Most of all it is very clean. I worried a bit about possible noise from the businesses around but it was not an issue at all, it was very quiet. The beach is just a block away and absolutely beautiful sandy beach. Just a short ride to the historical area if you want to venture out but don’t need to drive anywhere as there is a coffee shop and restaurants within a block. Just an awesome place to stay. We will surely return for another stay. Thank you for an awesome enjoyable getaway!!

Cozy spot, great location very walkable and plenty of food options. Place was very clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Would recommend and definitely would like to stay here again.

We loved our stay at Casa Tranquila. The neighborhood was a joy to walk through, and the Castillo and surrounding Historical region of St. Augustine was only a stones throw away. We walked George Street during the day and gazed at Lion Bridge at night. A wonderful experience.

When I booked this house I didn’t realize how incredible the location was. I will definitely be back. Highly recommend! Within walking distance of everything. Clean and cozy. The porches were my favorite thing about this house.

Russell was for sure one of the most responsive and accommodating host I’ve had. From the moment we got there, and a little chance interaction we had on the second day, he was welcoming, gave amazing restaurant recommendations that only a local would know, and responded within minutes to any inquiry. The home was clean and everything we needed for a quick, 2 day beach getaway. This Airbnb is literally minutes away from Anastasia State Park’s beaches, which was a big selling point for us as well. Don’t hesitate to book here!

My husband and I are in our 70s The place was clean. Bed comfortable. Loved the back porch area where it was breezy and watching the wildlife. Love being close to the beach and quiet evenings playing scrabble and sometimes grilling our food. My dog was also loving this place seemed like he didn’t want to leave. Went into town and had great food and a reflexology session. Lots to do there. Can’t wait to go back.

The house was perfect for us and the dogs! The beach is a hop and skip away loved the pool very spacious place! The downstairs was a plus having two washer and dryers also very spacious upstairs and downstairs! Everyone felt like they had there on little space and not on top of each other. The ice machine downstairs was so convenient for the coolers to go straight to the beach! We will defiantly be back it was the perfect place for us!

We had a great time here. The view and beach are amazing. Just steps to the water and we saw dolphins every single day that we were there. Lots of pelicans flying by throughout the day as well! Definitely recommend staying here if you’re looking for an awesome beach. There are so many beautiful shells to be found on the beach! We also found a couple shark teeth, which was very exciting! The Reef, Aunt Kate’s, and Caps are all extremely close, with the Reef being within walking distance. Both decks are amazing and really help keep you cool and out of the sun. The house has a ton of beach toys, boogie boards, and chairs to use on the beach. Tons of lizards outside, which we thought was cool. We did see a few cockroaches in the house and had a run in with a Huntsman spider, but in no way did it impact our stay and it was to be expected. It is Florida after all! The house was very clean and we loved our stay here!

If we could give more than 5 stars we would!!! Our sweet rescue, Waylon, gave it 5 paws also! The house was even better than described and the location is perfect for getting away from the hustle and bustle! Greg and Megan were perfect hosts, very responsive and helpful. For peace and serenity to enjoy God’s creation, this is the place!

This was by far the best place I’ve ever stayed. I was traveling with my elder parents and my young nephew, and the place was perfect for all of us. Nathalie & Mike’s place make us feel at home.

We had a great stay. The condo was lovely, clean and beautifully appointed. Our host was very helpful and communicative. We loved the area and the property overlooking the gorgeous pool. We highly recommend this property and would love to stay again.

We come here every year for my son’s birthday and we always stay at “the condo”. Barbara takes such good care of us. She left a gift for my 4 year old this year and he absolutely adored it. So thoughtful of her. The sunrise on the patio is to die for and its short drive into St. Augustine. We love it here. 🥰

Nicki’s place was a perfect, peaceful and private getaway for my husband and I. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Close to a Publix and quick bites. Only a 25 minute drive to historic St. Augustine, and 35 minutes to the beach. We felt safe in the gated community and enjoyed the pool/hot tub.

This was by far one of the nicest and cleanest Airbnb‘s we have stayed in. Very safe and secure with a code to even get into the building. The beds were comfortable which is a must for me and something I look for in an Airbnb. It was a very easy walk to get to the hub of everything from restaurants to St. George Street. It was extremely quiet at night and nice to go to sleep without partying or traffic going by. The hosts were always responsive and within minutes whenever we sent a question. This one will definitely stay on our list if we return to St Augustine. On a sidenote just to be aware you do have to climb steps to get to the unit something to keep in mind for those with limitations and those with heavy luggage.

This place was super nice for my wife and I to stay for a week. While this unit was not beachfront, it was an easy walk through the complex to get to the beach access. You can also drive your car from the unit and park in the visitor spots which are next to where you access the beach for this complex. The unit was super clean and perfect for up to 4 people!

This location had exactly what my husband and I were looking for. Gorgeous views from the location and beach front access made all the difference during the day. Stress free weekend and comfy cozy atmosphere. We were 5 min from really cute local restaurants and grocery store. Probably 20 min from dt but honestly we felt little need to venture out once we arrived here. Great place to unwind and unplug. We cannot wait to come back again!

Perfect location to start our St. Augustine adventures. Located in the heart of the historic downtown we were just a few feet away from all you want to see in this incredible city. The historic building was beautiful. The access was easy after we were finally able to check in, not one minute before four. Parking was offsite a short walk. We were not allowed to park 25 minutes early to gather our belongings for the room. The condo was clean and comfortable with a full kitchen. It would definitely be great for a longer stay.

The place was awesome. Extremely clean and you can tell recently updated. Quiet neighborhood low traffic and not noisy at all. Easy checking and out. I could not ask for anything more. It is a slight walk to down town. But worth it. I have already recommended it to a couple for a trip they are having later this summer.
