Cynthia's place was perfect for my trip. The waterfront and dock offer a great view of the river. The area is a hidden gem of small restaurants and waterfront watering holes. The room is cozy and comfy. Cynthia is very accessible for answering questions. I would highly recommend a stay.

This was the perfect place for my mom and I. The place was spotless, and well stocked with everything you need. Thought we would need to pick up a few essentials like coffee creamer, water, shampoo, and other items that we like to have, but didn’t even need to do that because the apartment was so well stocked. Would definitely recommend! Thank you!

wonderful gem of vilano beach! literally steps away from the beach and about 15 minutes drive to downtown St Augustine. the only con (which was probably our fault for not double checking!) was that though the description does state that it's an open floor plan, we assumed the bedroom area was not included in that, which it is included - totally fine but with a toddler, not having a separate/ closed off space was a challenge. however, the closeness to the beach made up for it :) another nice touch was that the hosts have a few beach items at your disposal (like a sand bucket, beach chairs, beach towels, etc.) - we recommend!

Kathe was a great host. The home was peaceful & private but within walking distance from the beach. Close to town.

Couldn’t have had a better time. Property was lovely and everything was as advertised. Clean, comfortable space to live in, would absolutely come back! Adorable dog hung out with us multiple times, lovely bonus.

Shiela and Dub were amazing hosts! My husband and I had the best time relaxing after a long day at their peaceful and adorable cottage. Sheila gave us some great tips on places to visit and we loved how clean and well organized everything was. We had a great afternoon nature walk over to Washington Oaks Gardens, which is right next door, and then enjoyed the rest of the evening on the porch listening to the wind in the trees. It was a wonderful place to recharge. Can't wait to come back for a other visit soon!

My girlfriend and I stayed here for 3 days and we loved it! Very nice area and the beach was right across the road! Wasnt very far from historic downtown either. Would definitely come back!

Very cozy and quiet space! Equipped with essentials if you may have forgotten to bring anything. Backyard/ pool area is very peaceful to sit by and soak up the sun. Vicki was awesome as well making sure we were settled in well!

Shanti’s place was absolutely adorable! She was incredibly responsive and accommodating, answering all our questions quickly and making sure we had everything we needed. The outdoor shower became my little haven—perfect for rinsing off after a beach day or enjoying the cool morning air. We loved ending our evenings by the firepit or relaxing in the hammock—it was the ideal way to unwind. This was the perfect couples’ retreat. Taking the bikes to the beach and riding along the shore each morning to catch the sunrise made every day feel magical. Highly recommend!

Typically I stay at the BlueGreen resort when in town, but it was booked this time. When I found this spot, I was thrilled. It’s easy to access, completely private and there’s a courtyard shared between just a couple properties. I never saw anyone in the courtyard so if you’re wanting to kick back in the sun you’ll have all the space you want. The studio was the perfect size for my wife and I. We were filming a wedding while in town and felt very safe having our equipment there. The neighbors were very kind and there was free parking. Just a couple minutes down the road there’s a Publix, Buccees, Starbucks, Panera, whataburger and many other options. We’ll be saving this location to stay at in the future. Rebecca was very kind and made us feel like valued guests. Thank you Rebecca!

Really enjoyed our stay. House was quaint and in a great location. Easy walk to area attractions, shops, and restaurants. Communication from host, Jason, was excellent before, during, and after. Easy check-in and check-out. Highly recommended!!!

Great host and an excellent place, easily a 5 star stay. Place was immaculate, quaint, and comfortable. Pool and hot tub area is beautiful, well maintained and very peaceful and private. Ivan gave clear instructions on where to park and how to access the place and was quick to respond to any needs. Great location close to beaches and restaurants. Can’t wait to go again and can’t recommend it enough.

We enjoyed our long weekend in this home! We had brought our puppy with us and he was very acceptive of this, lots of yard to roam to use the bathroom. We did love how quiet the area is and just a walk down the road can see the lake. We were visiting family we rarely see and were very close to them! He was very welcoming of the fact of us getting in late due to work/ 5hr drive. We will plan to stay again!

Tim’s guest house was perfect for our weekend stay in St. Augustine. The two of us plus our small dog were comfortable and enjoyed how easily walkable the location was for dog walks and getting into the main areas in town. We loved spending time out on the porch and found the accommodations cozy.

We loved how walkable downtown St Augustine was from the studio apartment! Everything was clean and as described. Jamie and his team were quick to respond whenever we had a question. Would definitely recommend this spot to others and would stay again if I’m ever back in the area! We loved Anastasia State Park- beautiful sand beach and dunes! We rented paddle boards too. Beach chairs, towels and umbrella were provided by the host which was appreciated! We also utilized the gym passes and took a yoga class during our stay which was fantastic. Pedicures at Beach Nail Bar and tons of yummy spots for drinks & dinner over Lion’s Bridge in town. Highly recommend!

Our state was very well worth it. The cottage upstairs was very clean. I would definitely recommend for a couple awesome view right there on the beach basically

We could not have asked for a lovelier stay at the Guest House! Everything we needed for our stay was provided upon entering and throughout the week. Raquel corresponded several times to make sure our needs were being met and gave great recommendations. Not only do Cristina and Raquel provide wonderful indoor amenities, but also outdoor and beach amenities. We will definitely be back for a longer stay and can't thank Raquel and Cristina for hosting a 5 star place!

Susan is not only a great host but she's a great person as well. Given the opportunity I would definitely stay at her place again.
