Beach condo holiday rentals in St. Augustine

Updated condo. Very well appointed. kitchen: had appropriate condiments and spices. cooking utensils were new and not damaged. No flaking Teflon or cheap Walmart pans. Living room: comfy couches. pull out couch was actually comfortable for a kid to sleep on. had games, didn't use them. Bedrooms: comfy beds. pillows were very firm. the extra pillows provided were softer. Bathrooms: came with plenty of towels including beach towels. Had shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Patio: spent my mornings drinking coffee and watching the sunrise. plenty of seating. also the unit is on the 3rd floor, so the mosquitos and other biting bugs didn't get up that high. the grill is electric (condo requirements from the looks of the other units) so it is slow to heat up. fyi if you are grilling. Facilities: the workers and facilities are great. pool big. nice lawn for kids that had movies some nights. had tennis/pickleball courts, indoor pool and racquetball. had food trucks at pool daily

Lynn's condo was perfect for a weekend getaway. The condo exceeded my expectations. The king bed is super comfortable. I didn't use the order beds during my stay so I can't honestly write on them. The view from the balcony is perfect for catching beautiful sunrise and the beach just a short walk from below. The location is great for exploring St. Augustine and enjoying all it has to offer. The host was always proactive and answered questions before I had a chance to ask them. The local recommendations and clear instructions were super helpful. At the resort, the check-in process was a breeze and I found the guards to be much more pleasant than expected. Thank you for your hospitality and providing a clean, safe, comfortable place to stay while enjoying a wonderful vacation! I'll definitely check back for availability when I visit St. Augustine next!

Wow! What a beautiful condo just steps from the beach with the most amazing views. The condo was super clean upon arrival, well stocked, and Terri is literally the best host ever! We have never seen anyone go above and beyond like she did! The decor is perfect, and we loved our time here. There is lots to do in downtown St. Augustine, or you can just relax at the beach. It was quiet and peaceful, and it’s a locked entrance to a private beach. The beach was never too crowded! We had the best time!

This Airbnb was perfect for a stay for two people. The space was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. The location was quiet yet close to restaurants and the beach! We’d definitely stay here again!

This cozy place was peaceful and relaxing. It had everything you'd need to go to the beach which was just a short walk away. It also had all the household items you'd need. This lovely condo was exactly as pictured and is in a quiet area, yet close to stores and restaurants. Communication before and during our stay was effortless. We highly recommend this condo, definitely a 5 star place! EVERYTHING was great!

Apartment C was perfect for grandma, grandpa, kids and grandchildren. Size, amenities, and location couldn't be better. Restaurants and beach right around the corner. Wendy and team were very friendly and responded within minutes. Thank you, especially for early check-in. We hope to come back next year.

Great condo for wife and I and 2 teenage girls in St Augustine for BBall Camp at Flagler. About 15 min away from downtown but a straight shot. Really liked the Donut and Australian Coffee Places

We had such a great stay this past week! The condo was spacious for our 3 adults and 3 teenagers and it was so clean. The side porch was private and we enjoyed that a lot. Our family also enjoyed the bigger pool much of the week and there was hardly anyone there in the afternoons! The beach was a good walk so that cut down on extra trips throughout the day, but it was fine. Also made good use of the tennis/pickleball court! Rachael was very responsive and the condo had everything we needed!

The place was perfect and the host was quick and responsive. I recommend big tile for an awesome stay.

Beautiful views of the harbor. Nice king size bed. Dog friendly. Clean bathroom. Also loved that there was a real coffee pot (not a keurig! Bonus for me and my husband who love good coffee).

We loved this property! It was perfect for our family vacation. The location was super convenient to the beach and an easy walk. The condo was exactly as described and very quiet and peaceful. The hosts were very quick to respond! We hope to return in the future.

Second condo we've stayed in at Sea Place, this time with a different rental company. This stay was far superior to the last; check-in was a breeze and didn't require a visit to an office. The place was very clean. Sea Place is actually a pretty old condominium but it's been renovated, and each unit is of different quality – this particular unit was better than the last we stayed in. Cleaner and better taken care of. You'll see some signs of distress on certain *exterior* areas of the condo buildings, but nothing overly concerning. This condo is right on the beach and has great views. It's located virtually next to the boardwalk that goes down to the beach, and is just adjacent to the pool (but is not pool-front). It's worth noting that there are stairs involved here: some to get to the front door of the condo, and some inside. They're relatively steep so if you have small children or are elderly, it's worth paying closer attention to all. All in all, a great stay, I'd recommend.

I wanted to stay on a beach that was more secluded and private. We went into St Augustine many days, but I relaxed on the beach daily. Many days, I felt I had the beach to myself. It was amazing! The beach is beautiful, clean, and wide. The sand is white and sometimes pink. You can hear the waves in the condo. This is the closest we have ever been to the beach for a vacation. I was so relaxing. Prompt responses from Luke and Joslyn. My husband left his shirts in the closet and Joslyn offered to send them to use, which was very nice. This was a fantastic experience. We did go May 1-10, which is a good time to go before the crowds. We do recommend to go to St Augustine (downtown) during the week (less busy) and more beach time on the weekends.

Easiest 5 star review ever. Neil’s condo was simply amazing! Better than we expected and the location is excellent. The house was clean and well stocked, spacious, and big enough for our family of 10 to fit comfortably. Beds were cozy and there was plenty of extra linens and beach towels for all. The huge balcony was awesome and the walk to the beach was easy. We spent mornings by the resort style pool and afternoons with our toes in the sand. The beach does have large rocks by the waters edge which we didn’t love at first, but then once the tide went down it created tons of little tide pools for the kids to play in. We chased crabs, found shells, and soaked in the tide pools without a worry in the world. The rocks ended up being one of our favorite parts! Hands down one of the best places we’ve ever rented and we cannot wait to return. Thank you Neil for allowing us to stay in your home.

From the moment I walked in, I was impressed with how clean and well-maintained this Airbnb was. It felt like a home away from home. The host was incredibly welcoming and helpful, offering great local recommendations, leaving coupons and free tickets and always responding quickly to my messages. The condo was as described, very comfortable furniture and beds. The kitchen was very stocked, plenty of towels, hand towels and washcloths. We enjoyed our stay. This will be on our list for future vacations. Thanks for sharing your home. The Byrnes and Summers family.

The condo was even nicer than expected - the pictures don't necessarily give an idea of just how spacious the place is with wide hallways and tall ceilings. The view of the ocean is spectacular and the sunrises are so pretty - you feel like you're on vacation with that view. All the bedrooms are private with good separation from one another. There is a pack-n-play and portable high chair available. The linens were very nice, and the kitchen is well equipped. There is plenty of beach gear in a separate storage area. The beach is such an easy walk from the condo. There are hidden rocks near the beach, so it wouldn't be great for body surfing or boogie boarding, but we have young kids so it was perfect for splashing in the waves. The pool amenities are a big plus. We would visit again!
