Monthly Rentals in St Ann's, Nottingham

A great place for a one night stay, as there were six of us it was very good value for money too. Towels and basics (such as tea, coffee etc) provided which was a nice touch, and greatly appreciated. Note that there are are a few gravel car parks as you turn into the main row of houses, so it can be a little confusing at first to find the house. Although the place was clean, note that the bed in the front main bedroom is metal and can make noise when turning throughout the night - the bathroom door is also rigid and hard to open/close without making noise. You may also want to bring additional pillows if you require multiple when sleeping. I would recommend this place for a one night stay, and will look to return for future needs.

This was my second time staying with 'Kevin Dawn And Teams listings'. Although there were minor issues regarding check-in and a few missing kitchen amenities, the host were very helpful both times in resolving these issues. So thank you very much, I throughly enjoyed my stay and would recommend to other students to stay here.

I have been staying for a fortnight and has extended my stay due to it safety and tranquility.Tihana ,the host is quick to respond and resolve.

Belinda’s flat is absolutely lovely. Very peaceful, neighborhood is quiet and feels very safe, it’s a lovely residential street. 5 mins from bus stop, easy buses into city and beyond. Car parking, permit from Belinda, parked right outside, no problem at all. Clear guides for the heating, waste etc, which is always helpful. Belinda left a welcome pack of provisions that I hardly made a dent in during my 3 night stay. It was very handy as I never had to go to the shops. Had 3 of the best night sleeps for a long while, comfortable bed and really nice pillows, not the usual “bricks”. Never got to meet Belinda unfortunately, I was out all day at the cricket. But she had messaged me with her mobile in case I needed anything. The perfect host. I would definitely stay again if ever back in Nottingham and, would certainly recommend Belinda’s flat.
