We invite you to our place on earth, and literally it's a little under... where you can rest comfortably, sleep at night and during the day, if you like. We offer a comfortable apartment, a unique interior, a relaxing bath, a comfortable shared bed, a cup of coffee... In winter, it is cozy warm here, and in summer it is pleasantly cold. The window in the apartment is technical, does not provide access to sunlight, so we do not recommend our apartment for longer stays and for people suffering from claustrophobia. Fresh air is provided by the air handling unit. The apartment is located in the very center of Poznań, on the level -1 (underground) in a revitalized tenement house in the vicinity of the Old Market Square, the Warta River and the largest shopping centers of Poznań. In the neighbourhood there is a guarded car park, under the building there is a car park (paid zone A). We guarantee you a comfortable, discreet stay. We issue VAT invoices. Become our guest!!!

The Old Market Square, Ostrów Tumski, the river and the Citadel are in close proximity. There is a living room with a sofa bed, a bathroom with a bathtub and a kitchen available for guests + free wi-fi. Smoking is not allowed! From the building you can easily walk to the main attractions :)

Perfect for weekend sightseeing, business trips, sports or bike tours around the city. The block only has 29 apartments, so you can rest assured that there is peace and an intimate atmosphere. The price includes a parking space in the garage hall (except for LPG cars😉)

The accommodation is great for a short trip and has everything it needs, the bed was very comfortable, but a little tight for two people. There was no elevator, so you have to carry the suitcases upstairs. Next door is a large construction site, so it makes sense to sleep with the window closed. Unfortunately, the shower heads were not cleaned and were heavily soiled with lime. Check-in is at 4 pm, as the door codes change at exactly this time.
