Our holiday home Zrincy is located in Srinjine near Split (approx. 15km). The house consists of a basement, ground floor and first floor. Kitchen and living room areas and all bedrooms are air-conditioned. With interior space, guests have access to the entire yard with a swimming heated pool, an outdoor kitchen with a fireplace and hot tub. We also have private parking. House if fully fenced and provides full privacy. We are pet friendly and the entire facility is for you during your stay!

The villa is located in a peaceful and quiet area in a small village in the Split County of Central Dalmatia with a beautiful panoramic view of a large mountain. You have your own sweet villa, private pool, children's playground and large garden to enjoy privacy with almost no neighbors around. The villa is in a central location for visiting many sights, national parks, Dubrovnik, Pelješki Bridge, Split, Brač, Hvar, etc.

House is placed on a little hill and environment is very peaceful, it has great view (mountains on the north and sea and islands on the south) and its 600 m from the main road and buss station and about 800 m from the sea. There are plenty sports activities that You can do in close range (hiking, biking, diving, golf, tennis, zipline, canyoning) and also there are many Restaurants and Bars along the beach. If you want to visit Split it will only take You 15 min with bus to get there.

Our studio apartment is just next to the sea. The closest beach is only 2 minutes walk, while city beach is approximately 7 min walk. The interior is simple but cosy, with breathtaking view from the terrace wich gives you the 'sitting on the boat' experience. You have very good restaurant that works until 2 am, few shops and loads of caffe bars on approx. 7 minutes walk distance, old town of Split on approx 15 minutes by car (or 30 by local bus)
