Our lake cabin is on a private lake with no public access (Please note, we do not have a boat landing for guests to bring their own boats due to our steep hill). We are near numerous snowmobile/ATV trails, many beautiful lakes, and the Chippewa National Forest. We have 250 feet of lakeshore and over 30 acres of hunting land across County Road 65. Our cabin is on over 4 acres, plenty of room to relax. We have a boathouse, dock, two kayaks, a small boat & motor, a fire pit grill and gas grill.

The cabin was the perfect spot for my parents visit to MN. It was partway between the activities we were doing, hosts were both very attentive and also let everyone enjoy their time. We stayed a week and had everything we needed. Would highly recommend this cabin on the lake.

Great Host, great neighbors. I was created right away from the neighbor across the way and saw we had a big bass boat and told us to use his driveway during the stay to help us back the boat onto the property a lot easier. Jess was very responsive, respectful, and a lot of help. I will definitely be staying with them in this property and/ or one of their other properties when I come back out next year. If you’re coming out to fish there is way more than enough room for up to a 24’ boat still hooked to your truck. We managed to park a 22’ bass boat and a 21’ bass boat in the driveway still hooked to both truck and still had plenty of room to mingle around. They had outdoor power as well to keep the boats charged up.

Andrea’s hideaway is a beautiful place to relax and enjoy nature. The location is remote, but there is enough to explore at the cabin that we didn’t feel too tempted to leave. When we got there, my husband caught a 5-lb. bass right off the dock before I had even unpacked our bags. We also had fun exploring the lake in Andrea’s canoe and kayaks. In the event that the weather is less cooperative, there are all kinds of games and toys available. We’d happily stay here again.
