Great place to stay for a short, overnight trip!

We enjoyed our stay. The inside of the home was exactly as described. There was only one parking spot/pass and we had two vehicles. We had to pay for parking for the second vehicle. Unfortunately you can only pay for 4 hours at a time which makes it difficult when you have to park overnight. We did end up getting a ticket which put a damper on the weekend. I’d recommend that anyone that stays only bring one vehicle.

Comfortable! Clean!! Cute! So easy to make arrangements with Mike -- clear communication and very responsive. If you want no-worries getaway place, this is for you.

What a great place to stay. I didn't get a chance to meet Karen, but I did meet Brian. Super cool host. They obviously put a lot of care into this apartment. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Bentonville. Location is very walkable to everything downtown, and you can bike to all the trail areas. I didn't really have to move the car while I was there. Really first class all around! Thanks for a great stay.

We stayed in this apartment as a large family of three generations (4 adults and 3 children) for just one night, but we would have happily stayed longer - the place had everything we needed and more. The space was thoughtfully equipped: a shared but secure backyard, a foldable crib for the baby, all the essentials for cooking, showering, and doing laundry. Everything was clean and well-organized. Communication with the host was fast and helpful. A great stay overall!

Had a wonderful stay at this beautifully maintained and serene apartment. Everything about the space felt thoughtfully designed for comfort—from the spotless, well-equipped kitchen to the luxurious rainfall shower and ultra-comfy bed. The A/C worked perfectly, keeping the space cool and inviting throughout my stay. Although I didn’t use it on this trip, easy access to the garage to park bikes is a great feature. The location is excellent—situated near the edge of the downtown area, just a short walk or bike ride from fantastic restaurants and local spots, yet still quiet and peaceful at night. Kathryn was an outstanding host—responsive, helpful, and with great recommendations. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and she made sure I had everything I needed for an enjoyable visit. I’d absolutely stay here again!

We loved our stay. The apartment was clean, well-furnished and quite modern. The location was within 2-3 miles of the Art Museum and Downtown attractions. It was easy to check in and the house rules and checking out instructions were clear and to the point. Another big plus was the balcony for morning coffee and relaxing before our busy days. The airport is across the street, so we enjoyed seeing some of the planes take off and land. Just a heads up to you coffee drinkers the coffee was excellent and provided but do bring your creamer and sugar as there was none in the unit No problem for us, we just went to the store that was very close and purchased some for our stay. All in all, this apartment was a slam dunk winner, and we will definitely go back when in Bentonville!!

We spent a long weekend at Christy's place, and it was amazing. She has checked all of the boxes, and her lovely place is truly a home away from home. We spent many hours on the private back patio enjoying a beautiful forest view. Saw a couple of deer, and heard the calls of a pair of barred owls. There is also a nice big propane grill, and we used it every night. The kitchen is bright and spacious, and has all of the amenities necessary to prepare your meals. All of the rooms are well lit, and very comfortable. The king size bed is a nice plus. We looked forward to come back home after long days exploring the NW Arkansas area. We also took a half hour drive down to Prairie Grove and Lincoln for some antiquing. Christy has thought of everything, and her lovely home has so many nice touches. She also left us a wide assortment of snacks, and we really appreciated that. Christy is very helpful and quick to respond to any questions. Her place truly is a gem. Russell & Karen - St. Louis

I want to start by saying, no knock against the photos but they don’t do this place justice. This home was beautiful and the kids absolutely loved it, they were never bored between the toys/books in the kids room and the game room which is a nice touch. The owners supplied everything we needed including a few toothbrushes which came in handy. I would definitely recommend staying here to anyone interested.

Can’t say enough on how wonderful this place is! Close enough to town yet private. Everything about the cabin was thoughtfully detailed and impeccably clean. The screened in porch was our FAVORITE! And the hot tub was perfect to finish each night off. Only downside is I wish we would have booked one more day!

We were in town for a concert and hiking. The Shack was the perfect location for us, right in the middle for everything we did. The Shack felt like home, it was super clean, and Kurt was so nice! We will definitely stay here again.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed staying at this adorable home! I have lots of family all over Springdale/Fayetteville and Caitlin’s place was only 7 min down the road from my brother’s home off Habberton! It was the absolute perfect location and as soon as I walked in the front door it brought back so many childhood memories! It was absolutely perfect! And the homemade apple butter in the fridge just made it even better! Thank you so much, Caitlin for letting us stay in your home! We will definitely be coming back, hopefully soon!

Clean, quiet, and fantastic location! Perfect spot for one or two people looking for walkability to coffee, restaurants, shops, etc. We parked our car and did not use it the rest of our stay. Tracy and Eric were helpful, responsive, and flexible with a last minute change in plans. Much appreciated! Hope to stay here again soon.

The place was awesome. It was our second time staying there and hopefully we can stay there again when we visit Fayetteville. Jay was awesome and quick to respond to questions. I highly recommend this place

We've been to Fayetteville before and stayed less than a block away at another property. This was better because it had a full kitchen for the same price. We walked everywhere, restaurants, theater, library, trail... As for the place itself, overall, clean and comfortable. The bed felt good. Not firm but not a marshmallow. Actually had more kitchen amenities than listed, like a toaster. There are 2 TVs, we had trouble using the LR, bedroom was fine. It's a streaming set up so no local news if you like to check the weather forecast. It is situated above a higher end restaurant but no noise or food smell. Had a reserved parking spot (don't forget to hang the provided permit). One downside is a parking garage (for other condos) across the street. One night, a bunch of people decided to party in the parking lot around midnight and we could hear everything. Overall, this condo has a great location, friendly responsive host and is a great value. I would stay here again if it's available.

We’ve previously stayed at three other units in The Dickson; all were nice, but this one stood out. Nicely decorated, well laid out, comfortable and easy access from parking ramp. The terrace is large and has a stunning view of the Fayetteville hills, Dickson Street and downtown. We thoroughly appreciated the extra attention to details like stocking the refrigerator with several bottles of water, a pint of half-and-half, and a stick of butter.
