Monthly Rentals in Spring Lake Park

We stayed a week and it worked out great. Easy parking onsite for all 4 cars and a nice neighborhood to walk the dog. Very quiet throughout the day/night. Kitchen had all of the amenities we needed. Nice selection of books and games, plus a work/docking station desk in living room. Small fee to use washer & dryer but was very glad to have these onsite. George was very responsive and friendly. Would definitely recommend as well as stay again.

I stayed in the Cozy Corner Room and the descriptions were spot on. Rachel is warm and welcoming and was a gracious host. It is noisy exactly as listed in the breakfast and dinner hours for the two kids. Other than that it is very peaceful. If you stay upstairs or lowest level the noise is not heard at all. It was a tremendous value and a great pleasure to have stayed at Rachel’s place and would do it again when I return to Minnesota.

We were in town for a wedding nearby and needed a place that could accommodate my family—young and old. Everyone had their own space. The kids loved the basement and the games, it kept them occupied. We had a lot of space in the kitchen to make food. After a long day with wedding activities we could relax in the massage chair. Mai was responsive and prompt when we had questions. Can’t recommend it enough.

It was a great place with great hosts that answered questions fast. They also were ready with suggestions on restaurants as well as things to do during your stay.
