Within walking distance you can reach lots of shopping, restaurants and public transport in a few minutes, with which you are in the city center in 10-15 minutes.

On over 100 square meters you will find a large living/dining room with access to the glazed loggia and a terrace from which you can also enter the garden, a large bedroom with double bed, a study with two single beds, a large kitchen and a shower room with washing machine. A heated pool is available in the garden from Easter to October. Explore Lusatia and enjoy the evening with a barbecue by the pool.

Our house is located in the center of Dresden (about 800 m from the HBH) and yet quiet and surrounded by greenery. It has a large and a small bedroom, a bathroom with shower and toilet and a guest toilet. Ideal for individuals, couples and families with 1-2 children. The 4 bikes and the grill can be used free of charge. Tram stops, supermarkets and restaurants are easily accessible. The house is not just a vacation home. There are also private things of ours available.
