We offer a bright, very spacious, cozy and fully furnished attic apartment. The very large balcony (about 3 x 7 m) with a western orientation has a high leisure and recreational value, especially in the evening. Our house is idyllically located on the outskirts of a well-kept Lübbener suburb. Lübben as a gateway to the Ober- and Unterspreewald is an excellent starting point for excursions to both regions. The Gurken cycling path leads directly past the house. As hosts, we are at your disposal with tips.

Close to the city and lots of nature

The cozily furnished apartment can be reached through a spacious staircase. An anteroom offers the possibility of storing street clothes and shoes. In the entrance area of the house is a terrace for sitting outdoors. The view is towards pasture and meadow. Barbecuing can be done on solid ground (observe the forest fire warning level) or sports can be played on the adjacent meadow. The quiet atmosphere allows a lot of relaxation.

In the surrounding area, you can switch off from everyday life with walks along the waterfront, an ice cream at the nearby city harbor or a visit to the historic castle garden. Unsere einladende Ferienwohnung befindet sich in einem Nebengebäude unseres Hofes und bietet Platz für bis zu 2 Personen. Mehrere kurze Wege führen direkt ins Stadtzentrum, wo es Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, gemütliche Cafés und andere Attraktionen gibt oder in die idyllische Natur der Lausitz. Auf unserem Hof leben, neben unseren 2 Hunden, auch 4 Pferde und Hühner, die den Spagat zwischen Zentrumsnähe und Landleben abrunden.

The apartment (35 m² bedroom, combined kitchen/living room, bathroom - each room separate) is located in the quiet district of Dresden Dölzschen, in a 2-family house plus the apartment. It is ideally suited to relax in a quiet environment after a busy day in the city. Free parking is available right outside the front door. Pets are not allowed. No extra guests and no visitors allowed. The rear garden cannot be used.
