Monthly Rentals in Spragueville

This home looks just like the photos and was very nice! The location is perfect for walking to places to eat. There are lots of places to explore within a 20 mile radius. The neighborhood is quiet for being right in town. There was some traffic noise but it was just neighbors coming and going. We would definitely stay here again!

Convenient location for stay purposes. House was perfect size for needs and was easy for an out of stater to find. Check in and out was easy and convenient as well. The hosts, Cody and Shannon, were both very accommodating and friendly. Will probably try to rent from this host again in the future!

We had a lovely stay and Kerensa's place was perfect for our family! The fenced in yard was wonderful to have and the location was so convenient! Everything we did we were able to walk to...and having the grocery store across the street was a bonus! The beds and pillows were super comfy and cozy, and access to the washer and dryer, iron and ironing board ended up coming in handy on our stay. There were ample towels, closet space available, and the kitchen had everything we needed and then some! We would absolutely stay here again!

This little gem is tucked away with a beautiful view of the Apple river, but still close to everything the area has to offer. Part of our reason for this vacation was to visit antique shops, and we were so inspired and comfortable here! After busy days of shopping and sightseeing, this quiet and cozy apartment was the perfect place to unwind. Plus, the hosts thought of everything and had extras on hand in case there was anything we had forgotten or needed in a pinch. This may be where time stands still, but you shouldn’t — you should book it today!
