D.C., Richmond, Lake Anna, Colonial Beach, Fredericksburg battlefields, Kings Dominion, and the Raceway are all just a short drive away for vacationing fun! OR stay & play at the cabin with the hot tub, walking trails, firepit, outdoor games, bumper pool, arcade games, connect 4 hoops, theater room, and lots of places to relax! Boat & RV parking available. A little bug spray recommended. Other amenities are available (ask us!).

Beautifully located in a safe neighborhood on the public side of the lake, this fantastic dog-friendly property features a huge water front lawn with shady trees, a private dock complete with a boat house, fire pit, and expansive decks. The property offers a wealth of amenities, including a water slide, kayaks, paddle board, paddle boat, lawn games, and other relaxing features.

Tucked next to the Frederal civil war park in very quiet 2 acres land at a dead end street but very close to the historic Fredericksburg downtown (In 2025, the pool opens on May 29th). You can take 5 minutes short walk to access the civil war park and enjoying more than 10 miles of historical beautiful federal civil war park land. Or you can just stay in the house and relax with the tranquility or the sauna. Or visit the historical Fredericksburg downtown or George Washington boyhood home.

Spend your days relaxing at the water’s edge on the private dock, screened in porch or large deck and your evenings roasting marshmallows gathered around the built-in fire-pit.

Waterfront at it's finest on Lake Anna located on the public/cold central side of the lake, in a quiet cove. Our home is fully furnished with a modern vibe. The kitchen is equipped with all the appliances and necessities you need to enjoy your stay. We have a great dock that you can lounge and hang out on as well as dock your boat or jet ski's. Property is equipped with a Ring camera doorbell located at the front door. Owner is a licensed active VA Realtor.

Our cozy home is located in the rural area of Spotsylvania County and is nestled in 5 acres of woods with a serene creek, perfect for exploring nearby attractions. Old Town Fredericksburg, Fredericksburg Battlefield, Spotsylvania Towne Centre, Central Park, and Mary Washington University are minutes away. Lake Anna and King's Dominion are within a short drive. After a fun day, unwind in our peaceful retreat and immerse yourself in nature's tranquility.

No more than 2 guests/1 vehicle..Come relax in this modern, lower level, efficiency suite situated on over 4 acres! Enjoy scenic views from the covered patio: bistro lights, fire pit & sofa/chairs. Inside there are high ceilings, a seating area w/ electric fireplace, smart tv, WiFi, a large bathroom, kitchenette, ping pong table and sleeping accommodations for two (1 king or 2 single beds) Parking space for one vehicle.
