When you aren't admiring the lake views from the HOA dock, savor the forested yard with built in firepit, cozy hot tub, & high speed WIFI. After a long day of fishing, boating, or hiking, the home welcomes you with a stocked kitchen, outdoor grill, TVs in each room & a soaking tub. Relaxation awaits!

Wilderness Resort- Hot tub Rancher

These cabins include the luxury of an outdoor hot tub & are perfectly placed for you to enjoy the views of Cool Springs Lake. Each Hot Tub Cabin (375 sq ft) is warm & welcoming, accommodating up to 6ppl. There are 2 bedrooms, 1 Queen bed & 1 Full. The cabin has a fully equipped eat-in kitchen, sofabed, cable TV, wifi & heat/air conditioning. Take in the surroundings with a spacious deck, picnic table, chairs & an outdoor grill. Must be 21 or older, with valid credit card, to check-in!

The back yard leads to a nice 220-foot waterfront, private dock, and PRIVATE BOAT RAMP ON THE PROPERTY. A sandbox play area provides endless fun for children. A HOT TUB has been recently added that offers AMAZING views of the Lake. A stone fire pit next to the shoreline invites everyone to enjoy s'mores, campfire stories and unforgettable family memories

Water front home with elevated dock. Quiet cove setting with deep water and swimming platform. The house has 4 bedrooms and three full baths. There is a great new sunroom with AC and electric fireplace for four seasons. The fire pit is the perfect gathering place for the cool evenings. 5 miles to Lake Anna State park and even closer to waterfront dining. Level 2 Electric Charging station provided at no extra charge.

Perfect Day/HotTub/Beach Access/Boat Slip

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at Perfect Day! We are minutes from all of the wonderful things that make Lake Anna great! While the home is not water front, all guests have access to the private community beach and common areas less than one mile from the house as well as an assigned boat slip. The house offers a year around hot tub, fire pit, gas grill, jacuzzi tub and indoor fireplace.
