Or you can just stay in the house and relax with the tranquility or the sauna. Or visit the historical Fredericksburg downtown or George Washington boyhood home.

Poplar Cove is a 2-bed 2-bath waterfront property with beautiful views. We are situated in a spacious cove; great spot for safely swimming, kayaking, floating or just sitting on the dock or one of the many patios. The backyard levels out at the bottom providing a perfect spot for spreading a blanket or enjoying backyard games adjacent to the private dock. This property is a downstairs walkout that is attached to the main house; but you will have your own entrance and private experience.

The Lake View Cottages offer lovely views of the Cool Springs Lake. The inviting & cozy cottages (375 sq ft) feature a Queen in the bedroom, an open area with twin bunk beds and a pull out sofa. They sleep 6ppl & have a fully equipped eat-in kitchen, cable TV, wifi & heat/air conditioning. Unwind on the porch, gather at the outdoor picnic table, and enjoy use of the outdoor grill.
