The place was nice, very spacious Good location next to a park Very calm and quiet The only minus was that the heater was not good enough for the whole cabin so be prepared it gets chilly from time to time. Also the sofa does need some cleaning, there is dust and old hair under it, if you don’t look you are fine

The only thing I was greatly disappointed about was that I couldn't stay at Kaylene's place longer and had to get back to my family. This airbnb is so beautiful and really quite perfectly laid out. The bed was super comfy (great pillows is a must and she delivered)! The little balcony was so charming and I felt like I was in my own private urban treehouse looking out over the city lights. Anyone with sleep sensitivity you might hear the train roll by which didn't bother me at all, but might for others. There is a gym in the building and walkability is 10/10 as you are less than a block from some great coffee shops, restaurants, breweries, etc.

I’ve stayed at Kaylene’s properties multiple times now and I always feel at home when I do. Her places are always nice and clean, match the description and she’s a great, responsive host.

Easiest check-in and out I’ve dealt with. Loved our stay, close to the Falls, food, and breweries! Would very much recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again. Everything was just as pictured and I loved the location. The place was very clean and had everything we needed to cook. Beds were comfortable and we had a lot of space.

We really enjoyed this rental. The views were stunning and the hot tub was ready to use! The only problem we encountered was that the listing said 2 king beds and there was only 1. Aside from that we really enjoyed the layout and the location.

This is the second time that we have stayed at this location. Our boys love this house. It is quiet, has everything a kid/parent could need. My youngest son is sad every time we leave and wants to move to Spokane now.

We love the place as it is big, easy to get to, and great value. Some things still lacked repairs from prior years stay, garage door opening still hard to use (easy to replace), master bed is hard, and just starting to need overall paint and repairs needed before it starts becoming evident. Would love to see some of this done for future visits so it stays top notch 👍 but, that is part of it and house is definitely worth staying in! 5 star with those insights for the place. This space was very clean and homey, with a great price. All instructions were very clear and there were great amenities. We felt right at home!
